I am Ella Tuesca And I've been a member of your company(creditcard )maybe around 10 years now and i have an excellent history. I always have a smooth transaction buying or returning except this time and a year ago but i just let the incident go the first time. But i want to call your attention now because this bad experience came from one person. Her name is Claudia E in her ID. She used to be at colma branch and now she's at San Bruno marshalls. The first encounter with her was i was returning a legging, tag on and receipt, she said it seems like it's already used, she asked me if i worn it and i say yes i did tried it on to see how it fits cause i was rushing when I bought it I didn't have the time to try it on. I will just try it at home. And it doesn't fit me right so I wanted to return it. To be honest, i would encounter items used, very obvious that it was already used but it's a discounted store so people expect that every once in awhile. We had an argument. At first she said she will not accept it to be returned and i got really upset and fight for my rights but she insisted to a store credit. To just end the scenario, i just said yes but i know she was being unreasonable and not giving me the right judgment and not showing how a good employee should be. NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE right here. After that, i never shop there cause I don't want to see her face anymore. And so recently i saw her again maybe after a year or so and had an encounter with her again. And she did the same thing to me dated 5/12/2019 around 230pm. I am very frustrated and disappointed on how she deals with customers. If she have an attitude like this, for sure she's doing this most of the time. I even told her about the scenario that happened in colma she cannot even remember it. She is not giving a good customer service and giving your store a bad reputation. I hope you will take this into consideration. Maybe you should give her another orientation how to deal with customers and scenarios. I feel you should always make your customers happy. I feel her attitude will affect your stores good reputation. I am a concern customer that's why i took the time to write and let you know what's going on. Thank you.
