On the 1st of September I went to Bank of America to withdraw $800 from the atm using a different financial institution card. The machine malfunctioned not giving me my cash or a receipt. I went to another atm and it said that I had already withdrew the maximum amount allowed that day! I parked went into the bank and they told me they are not in charge of the B.O.A. atm. I got a number off the ATM. Guess who answered the phone? Bank of America. So after they flat out lied to me, they said they could not give me an error report or any paper work that my financial institution would need to give me a credit back of $803 within two weeks. I now have to wait 60 days for my institution to investigate the issue before I can receive my money. What person now and days living from paycheck to paycheck can wait so long to receive money that should have already been received and paid bills with. Bank of America should probably be responsible for late fees on my bills! You trust people with your money and never really understand what exactly they are doing with your money. They don't care if I am able to eat as long as they receive service fees. So should I try to sue and charge them $35 late fee a day until I get my money back? Are there any Lawyers out there? This is an all time low even for Bank of America.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
