I stayed at this site for Labor Day weekend and the following was broken and not functioning in the room.
Sink was broken and also had the plastic sticking out in it with hair everywhere inside the sink. AC did not work well.
The minute we got to the room the toilet was running nonstop and we let the front desk know of the issues.
That night when we got back to the hotel the toilet of course overflowed and the water ran onto the carpeted area of the room and everywhere in the restroom. There was no maintenance guy onsite so they just sent up a bunch of rags with a employee to throw everywhere on the floor to absorb the water but nothing was done and we also didn't get moved to another room because they were sold out since it was a holiday weekend. I also had no towels in the room that evening and when I went to front desk they said they didn't know what happened and that they were behind in their laundry.
I will be attaching picture's of everything. Also I have contacted BRETT the new GM at this location for the last two weeks daily since 11/04/19 and left numerous messages on his voicemail and also with front desk girl CRYSTAL and it feels like they keep giving me the run around and Crystal keeps making up excuses because Brett does not want to get on the phone and deal with the problems at his property. This is by far the worst customer service. How does a GM not return calls to a customer that has been leaving messages for 2 weeks?
