The worst customer service EVER and from the branch manager! As a branch manager, he is suppose to set an example and represent the branch. After waiting patiently for 30 minutes for my turn, Nadir finally sees me. I told him I am there to update my name and address. He updates my address and submits the changes. When I ask about my last name, he says he cannot make any more changes and will have to wait till the next day. This was [censored]! He was apologetic and said he would arrange everything, call me the next day or two and make it hassle free next time. It's the least he could do right? 1.5 weeks go by. NO CALL. I need to call the branch to follow up. Nadir is not in and his colleague do not know whether he will be in or not.
Avoid this branch is possible unless you enjoy being treated like trash.
