Jerome's Furniture - Purchase warranty on sofa. Response.

I purchased a sofa along with a warranty for full replacement if not repairable at Jeromes store in San Marcos Ca., It has taken over a month since I filed a claim, finally someone got back to me after numerous calls to them. I was told that only the back of the sofa was covered under warranty, Not what I was told when I purchased it, Jeromes does alot of advertisimg on TV, Consumer beware, look at all the bad reviews which I have now seen and there sure are alot of customers who have run into the same problem, warranty sold is worthless. It would be nice if the owners who advertise that the family is proud of their success with Jeromes, to get involved in how customers are being lied to when purchasing these warranties or maybe its just an extension of their business and they own the warranty company as well. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed with Jeromes furniture store. I hope alot of people see this and buy from other furniture stores until this major problem with their warranties is resolved.

Desired outcome: Honor original warranty and replace entire sofa not just the back.

Jerome's Furniture - Dining room table nightmare

Hours Of Work Missed
Six Appointments - Two Of Them Cancelled At The Last Minute
Jerome's Still Won't Make It Right

Bought a dining room table from Jerome's of San Marcos in October. They delivered it scratched which I did not see until the next day. Arranged to have it replaced after having to make several phone calls. They deliver the table but leave me with the old leaf telling me it's fine. It isn't. Find out when I go to use it for the holidays that it doesn't fit the new table properly. Make yet another appointment for someone to show up just to say they can't do anything with it. Supposedly getting a replacement. At the last minute, they cancel saying they don't have the legs and hardware. Schedule for the following week. Again, last minute cancellation saying that the one they have left is damaged. Several more phone calls for them to offer me a pittance of a refund give the time I have invested in this and lost wages calling and waiting around for them.

Jerome's Furniture - Patio furniture cushions tearing and poor customer service on warranty

I ordered replacement cushions for my sofa purchased at the San Marcos store after they all started tearing. The furniture was purchased in 2016 with an extended warranty. The replacement cushions were ordered and paid for 7/21/2018 at the Murrieta store. Never heard from Jerome's again. I made 6-7 calls to Customer service where someone said they would check the status but no one ever called me back. After the 7th call someone called in Oct and said the cushions were at the Murrietta store. I went to that store. The cushions were not the color that I ordered. No one ever called me back to tell me anything about what happened when they were returned or status. Finally in frustration called the Murrietta store and demanded to talk to someone ( in November) who refunded the money paid in July and said cushions were reordered for the middle of January 2019. In the middle of January, someone called and said the manufacturer no longer carried that material. Jerome's gave me a number to call Guardian about the extended warranty. No one ever returned my call. The recording recommended a website to file a new claim, if furniture over 1 year old. Website given doesn't seem to exist. www.jeromes.gppclaims.com. Since no one ever returned my call and the website didn't come up I think this is a fraud transaction...pay for the warranty and then get no service. State of CA Insurance?
