I recently purchased a sofa and loveseat, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing due to misrepresentation by the sales supervisor. The sales supervisor assured me that the model I was considering would recline to 6 inches from the wall which was acceptable to me. However, upon receiving the furniture, I discovered that it does not meet the specifications promised. The reclining mechanism requires more space than stated, which has caused significant inconvenience in my living space. This misrepresentation has led me to question the integrity of the sales staff and the reliability of the information provided by the company. To make matters worse, when I tried to obtain a refund, I was informed by the corporate office that all sales are final. This policy seems unfair, specifically since the error was not on my part. I believe that in situations like this, there should be some consideration for the customer's predicament, rather than just viewing it as another sale. The lack of flexibility and customer loyalty in handling this issue has been quite disappointing.
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund and urge the company to ensure that their employees provide accurate information to customers to avoid such issues in the future.
