Most storage facilities will fine their customers for leaving past hours. i.e., $25 for every $15 minutes you are on premises past closing time. Extra space instead treats you like your a child and puts you in restricted hours so you can only access your unit during office hours, which is typically most ppls hours of work, indefinitely. Which makes it impossible to access your unit especially if sunday is your day off and the office is closed on sunday, no access. This policy is condemnable. Treat your customers like adults and fine them! Not punish them like children. Ridiculous.
Desired outcome: Change restricted hour policy to a fee
