Taco Bell - Unprofessional service of employee, who said they were the supervisor

9/16/2021 @ 2:52 PM
Order 385907
At taco Bell [protected] Mount Hermon Rd, Scotts Valley, CA
Cashier: Minerva R

I have gone to this place almost every day about ten years, things have been fine. But recently their is a cashier who is a real problem. I'm complaining about this person's service, and attitude.

Specifically, when I order they ask if I want to round up my change to help kids. I say no. She gives me a hard time about not wanting to do that, (There was a whole South Park episode about "shaming people" for not wanting to donate a $1 for poor kids... it's like that.) Not cool. This is not the first time she has done this to me, it has been happening for about two months. I have no problem with anyone else, no other cashier ever does this. I am not the problem here, and my orders are very simple.

Anyway, then she will get an attitude about it and say, "Well then you have to pay in exact change, because we don't have any change". And today I only had cash, and she wouldn't give me my change.

There is no way that is ok customer service.
AND THEN, she was insulting enough to tell me I was not welcome to come back anymore, that she would not help me if I came back. What?

I had to stop and say, "So you think it's ok to get into a fight with someone coming through the drive thru, does that make you fell better about yourself? Why would you do that, I'm your customer."

So I asked for the Supervisor, and she said she was the Supervisor. I asked for the Manager, she wouldn't do it. I asked for her name so I could complain... she wouldn't tell me. But it's on the receipt as "Cashier: Minerva R".

Desired outcome: Management needs to cousil this employee. And after you do, I'd like to get a reply that you have done that, and that it is ok for me to go to Taco Bell anytime I would like too.
