As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the convenience and quality of your establishment. However, the recent handling of my order has left me extremely dissatisfied.
On that day, I went to the drive-thru with my friend to place our orders. I specifically requested a Beyond Famous Burger as I do not consume meat due to my religious beliefs as a Muslim. Unfortunately, despite my clear instructions, my order was prepared incorrectly and handed to me in the same bag as a meat-based burger. My friend even found her rude. This oversight could have been easily avoided with proper attention.
Upon discovering the mistake, I immediately returned to the restaurant to have my order corrected. To my surprise, instead of receiving assistance and understanding, I was met with rudeness and refusal to address the issue. You, [Manager's Name], were particularly dismissive and argumentative. I was taken aback by your response when you even went as far as suggesting that I had never visited your establishment before.
