This is a buyer beware complaint. We bought a living room set, couch, loveseat, chair and a ottoman. We did not know the items were not in stock. Items were ordered in February and paid for in full. Jerome delivered the chair and loveseat and informed us that the other pieces were not available. When we called to get a status we were always told items would be in in two to three weeks. Now we are informed the sofa will be in about May 30th and the ottoman in July.
We have decided to notify our credit card company and inform them to recollect our payment and return the two pieces to Jerome. My last contact was on Monday 8. I was told a manager would call me on Tuesday, I have not heard from anyone since.

Desired outcome: An honest answer and return calls. And some type of concession for all the lies told.
