On 4/10/21, I went through the Carl's Jr. drive through located at 12358 Washington Blvd. Whittier, CA, 90606. that's store #1100175, Customer order #304662, for a total of $8.15 I paid for them. Subsequently, I spent about 45 minutes trying to get someone to answer the phone, neither the store # [protected], nor the District manager were available to answer, so this in turn worsened the situation and once I got a hold of the store, the woman on the phone acted rude, condescending, and downright nasty, telling me that her manager wasn't available until Tuesday, refusing to give her name, minimizing an already bad situation by trying to dismiss their mistake as "the super star is one of the burgers that people order the most, that's why they forgot to put the cheese, saying that she would tell her manager and perhaps they would give me a burger to make up for what happened. I immediately said no, I want the 2 super stars with cheese like I ordered them, or a full refund of the $8.15 I spent. She became angry at that point and told me they were not interested in doing that and that I could either take it or leave it. So now I'm writing this formal complaint and we'll have to see what The manager has to say about this woman's actions in handling customer service and resolving a customer complaint. I have pictures saved in my phone of the 2"cheese-less burgers, for proof. hopefully you can intercede and the restaurant can solve this problem accordingly by making me 100% whole.
Desired outcome: I want either the 2 Super Stars with cheese, as I originally ordered, or a refund in full of the $8.15 I paid for them in the 1st place.
