Im a Customer at Extra space storage for 3 years now and i have had to move units 3 diffrrent times becaise my unit has been picked by unlnown party and my belongings were stolen! I made polive report as well as spoke to the inaurance company.the manager didnt have camera on to have police look at survelanve. I was denied my insurance claim being the burgerly stated it was not a forces entry. 3 months later July 27th 2019 my new unit was also broken into as well as my locks were clipped off the manager of the facilty was who noticed my atorage was left opened and he called to let me know so upon looking through my storage before i make thw police report i seen that my money saved in a glass jar in my storage was stolen along with a few other things this time. It was only $206.00 and i was asking if there was anyway i could get aome kind of customer service for my unit being vandalised as well as broke into on this faciltys grounds and is supose to be a secure facility is there someone i can apeak to for help because my storage ia now due and while my price was not supose to go up until september 2019 and without notice bit after my unit is broke into and all my saving for upcoming payment i cant get the money to pay my rental until next month amd i dont want to lose my belongings because of someone elses negligence and stealing outbof my storage and as a courtesy to me the Customer can i ask that storage fee be waived for ths month of july it be very much appreciated and please call [protected] if you HAVE any questions or concerns for me.
