I purchased our Sleep Number bed in February and started having problems
with it in March. I started calling in early April about the problems and requested them to send me a new mattress as advertised. I called the original manager we purchased the bed from in April. I continued to call the store and the new manager Chris and I have spoken 3 additional times. Each time he promised to get our mattress replaced and has not done so. The Store is located at 7620 N. Academy in Colorado Springs. It is now July and we are still with the same bed that loses air... My name is Stephen Abeyta and my phone number is [protected]
