I sent a complaint in a few days ago; a response was sent by the store manager offering me "free" food - and of course, an apology. I emailed back telling him that I wasn't looking for free food - what I wanted to know was if the issues were going to be addressed. He responded back with another invitation to come back and talk face to face over a free meal. Since my complaint involved raw chicken, I decided to share my experience with my neighbors via Next-Door - Got the shock of my life! 174 responses from neighbors in 3 days, ALL sharing the same or similar issues with not only this store (E720512), but with the Brighton, Colorado store as well. Many claim that they had written or called corporate about this but nothing has been done or has changed. My question is a simple one. Are you going to correct the problem or just give us more lip service? I await your reply.
