Frontier Airlines - Flight, csr, missing items from baggage

On July 26, 2021 there was a flight booked from Phoenix Arizona to Atlanta Georgia. there were several issues one being that the I was sitting waiting to board my flight 2154 aloong with others for the same flight, seeing that it is a little after being told that the gate has changed. I go up to the CSA and stated that we heard over the PA that our flight had changed for the flight to Atlanta. He stated that there was an issue and they were fixing the issue and the actual Gate that we were currently att was the correct Gate. Fifteen more minutes passed and I go back to the CSA and ask again he nonchalantly states I just told you this is the gate. I begin looking around and see another CSA as I go to approach them I over hear the agent speaking out loud saying I already told her that she was at the right Gate. As I speak with the agent that I approached they tell me, that flight just departed 5 minutes ago. At that instance they escorted me to Customer Service agent to book another flight. No one was there so I had to wait until they arrived the next business day. The next morning I am booked for a flight to Denver to then go to Atlanta. I arrive in Denver and I am told after sitting there for hours that the flight that I was booked on left 6 hours before I arrived to Denver.
I asked the CSA how is that Gavin gets an aattitude and then says so I caan book another flight for 59.00. So I say so wait are you telling me that I was booked on the wrong flight by one of your agents, and because of their mistake I have to pay for another flight.
I become hysterical and become so confused, and yes I amd beyond pissed. After some exchange of words on the explanationo on why I am being charged for someone elses mistake, and the rude, snide comments from your Customer Service Agent I pay with credit card ending in 1241.
I finally arrived in Atlanta a little after 545. I go to retrieve my bag and it has been lost. I am directed several times ack and forth from the carousel to the customer service office to no avail for over 2 hoours. I am finally told that because of the inconvenience that I would be refunded for my bagage fees and the cost flight. I aam given a phone number and told that they would contaact me when my bag is located.
I live 30 minutes from the airport, I was not offered once the bag was found that they coud bring it to me no, they advised that I coud come baack and pick up my bag. I get my bag and thing are missing from my bag and no one knows anything.
This whole issue needs to be addressed and every item that was taken from my bag needs to be replaced.

Desired outcome: full refund

Frontier Airlines - Airline credit

In March of 2020 I booked flights with frontier for myself and my 3 children due to corona virus the flights were cancelled. I was able to use a flight credit for June 4-6, 2020 flight confirmation R8RTTP. This flight was also cancelled so I rebook for August 14-16 flight confirmation Y9HC8M. This flight was also cancelled. I was informed by email in July that I would be able to get a refund. However when I called to question why my refund was not credit back to my account I was told my flight was not eligible for refund only flight credit. I tried booking a flight today and was told there was no credit available due to the flight credit expiring. I was never informed of expiration date. I am a single mom of 3 kids one who happens to be disable I cannot afford to just give Frontier Airlines $352.00. I need a refund or my credit. The supervisor I spoke to about this situation was very rude and did not provide me any help in this situation.
