Pizza Hut - Delivery & Takeout

The pizza hut in northglenn Colorado off Washington Street tonight was the most rude and horrible service I have ever had first off we ordered around 9pm 9/26/23 I ordered the big box dinner we waited and waited and waited for oue pizza never came we gave it 2 hours before I called back to see where our food was the lady who answered was very smartass rude and very abusive with her words saying she called our F***** phone 6 times and nobody answered because they couldn't find the place and nobody ever called us I tried telling her and she started laughing then said us bi***** should have answered and now our order is canvled and rhey wont be serving us no more then proceeded to laugh and hung up on me next thing you know my card was charged two times and pizza hut was at my door with a pizsa that was the wrong pizza and all smashed i was pissed so i called back and before i said anything she told me to quit f***** callimg her store and said if i called her store one more time she would get me for harrasment and then hung up on me then she called my phone twice and left dirty voicemails even one saying that she contacted the police and not to try to call again or she would press charges then proceeded to laugh and be smartass I am very disgusted with pizza hut and the type of people they hire that have the nerve to talk to there customers like that when all I did was try to call and tell them.about the messed up.pizza and them charging my card twice and to top it off she was a manager smh i cannot. Believe this pizza hut the nerve
