I, Ms. Murray, placed an order on 10-17-23 @6:01 online for pick up at 318 Mall Blvd.I arrived around 6:30 and upon arriving there was a woman outside and two young men inside. Inside I waited while the young men talked and one playing with a small basketball.Finally, one ask was I there to pick up an order and I gave my name he took the pizza out the bag and gave me my total.After paying I looked in the boxes and one pizza,Pepperoni,was made like no sauce, cheese, or meat was on the pizza except for in the middle. I questioned it he looked at it and told me that that happened because of the oven.I asked could they make me another one that I did not want a half-made pizza.He went to get the lady outside she came in went behind the counter did not say hello or introduced herself. She opened the boxes, without washing her hands, and told me that this is how the pizza comes out.I asked for a refund and she stated that Pizza Hut don't give refunds,I stated first I ever heard.I asked for her name and to speak with someone higer.She said oh they are going to tell you the same thing.I left the pizza and called corporate twice still waiting on a response.
Desired outcome: Refund, I have never been treated like that. This is the only Pizza Hut I ever go to and service was always superb until now.
