I went in to get a new tempered glass protector on my phone. The sales person picked one, took off my old cracked one and put the new one on. I was telling him that I usually end up replacing my phone a few years through out the year because I'm pretty rough on them. Explaining that the tempered glass is important to me not having to replace it more often. He hands me my phone with the new glass on it which was clearly too small. The edges are not covered and it cuts off the actual screen. I had him compare to the previous one which he said yes the new one is smaller but if dropped it wouldn't affect it. Seriously dude. If it's not protected it can/ will crack. He refused to return it or replace with one that fits the screen. He never let me see the glass prior to putting it on. Nor did he have me sign the receipt. So I'm out $25.00 and now have to go buy another screen protector. Complete crap and bs. What a scam they have going on.
