Hello. I recently stayed at the Fort Collins, CO location on 10/26/19 room 216. When we arrived to the location I went in to check in and my card got declined and the front desk lady pretty much told me she didn't know what to tell me and looked at me like I was in the wrong. I went out to grab another card but decided to go back in an insist she run the card once more because I knew the problem wasn't on my end. When I walked back in there was a manager helping her and they ran my card again and it went through. The manager walked away and I was prompted to sign a couple papers and she handed me my keys and told me the room number and gave me a map of where the room was located and that was it. No thank you, no info on the bar or restaurant (I found out about from a pamphlet in the room) nothing about breakfast and the most important part. I would be greeted by a man with a utility cart, door propped open and room smelling like paint. Then to be careful not to touch certain areas of the room because there was wet paint that needed to dry. I'm not very happy about any of this. I did like the cleanliness of the room and lobby and the bed was very comfortable . just wanted to let y'all know. Thank you.
