Several weeks ago I submitted a complaint, tck #[protected] and was informed that I would hear from the store involved within a few business days. Three weeks had passed, and I heard nothing, so I called your customer complaint tel# and spoke to a gentleman who told me that his records indicated that the store had tried to contact me and I was unavailable, which was NOT true. He then told me he would relay this fact to the store involved and have the store's manager contact me within a few days. This still has not happened and that conversation was 2 weeks ago.
I have been a Lenscrafter's customer for the past 20 years, ever since I got my first prescription. To say that I am disappointed in your customer service over this matter would be a huge understatement! I really can't understand why customer service is so unimportant to your company. I was treated horribly by one of your assistant managers, which I detailed in my original complaint, and no one seems to care. Her behavior towards me was so stressful that I had an exacerbation of a chronic disease that I suffer from, multiple sclerosis. Isn't there someone in your company with any compassion or ethics? I have considered posting my situation on social media pending the outcome of this situation.
