I purchased furniture in October 2020. It was delivered in November 2020. Initiated service call on November 2020. Company agree to sent a repair tech Jan 2021. Repair tech diagnosed a damaged frame which is why the furniture was not sitting correctly and I was given the option to choose another item. I choose different item in January. Delivery team unable to deliver item on 12 February due to the door at the building being smaller than the apartment door. Customer service contacted me and was given three options: 1: redelivery of newest selection 2: reselection from the store 3: keep the damaged furniture and pay nothing else. Mr. Fu gave me a fake number to call once I had made my selection. I went to the store and talked to the sales person as well as the store manager "Cory" who refused to contact his supervisor to ask if he could give me the item I wanted at the credit price I had available. The scam is that the sales person tells you that if there are any issues you can return the furniture which is a lie and they keep you calling on phone trees that no one answers. This is unethical behavior and I want this furniture gone. The delivery person took the damaged furniture out to the truck dragging it on the ground and left the chase on it's side in a hallway.. Which is damaged and dirty. The delivery guy had an issue when I told him to bring the furniture back because I had nowhere to sit.
Desired outcome: A discount on the reselected furniture or keep the furniture and owe nothing else to this company.

W purchased a Charleston Sectional on Jan 3, 2021. We were told by Vincent (Vinny) the salesperson at the Germann Store in Gilbert AZ that it was delayed for a few week. Well long story short the salesperson called me and advised me that on March 11th I would have my merchandise. Well guess what the delivery people informed me that a Left Arm Power armless was not received and on back order (This was told after I was told they had loaded the truck would the wrong Chair (Umm), anyway I was told it was now on back order till 1st or 2nd week of April, now I called salesman and customer service whom said it is what it is. So now I got another call from the delivery people saying it is now on backorder till 2nd week of May2021. Which would mean I do not have a full sectional for 5 months. Of course they blame COVID, my concern is that if it does not get delivered by May 15th, that I have the option in writing to be able to return the furniture. I have called and called the CT main office with no answer.
