Shell - Shell 391 westport Ave Norwalk Ct 06851

3 times went there to get my shopping points
And used my debit card as cash not credit card
And they take my points and charge me credit card prices so they get the highest price and have no sign stating they will do that. they only do it when you use points. And lost my points once I plug them in so I cant get them back
