Hello Respected Shell Members :

I am a happy Shell customer Since 2016. Always advices my Circle to use Shell as they are good quality, quantity and there Servies as well.

On friday 17-Nov-2023 around 6 to 7 PM. I visited the Shell Pump which is near to Center Point building karachi, near iqra university main campus. I changed by 70CC bike oil. with RS 650 PKR. on the very next day my bike is not going to start easily I dont know why I sufers alot than I go to 3 or 4 mechanics they check every thing of my bike all are oky but they said your oil is not good its not thick as oil its like water thats why you have problem in your bike. I am shocked that I changed this from shell fuel pump. how is that possible. with this my bike engine is also effective. its cost me badly and suffer my 2 3 days also my family suffer. I am not complaining about the services but you should have to check the quality of oil. I have only one bike which is very hard for me to repair there engine and all. pls lookafter this matter. I am very dissapointed with this & never ever prefer my circle to change oil from shell.

Claimed loss: Bike engine ruined badly

Desired outcome: For check and balance the quality of oil, other persons should effect with this.
