fuel rewards program
I called, 9/24/18, the telephone number on my Fuel Rewards card due to it not working. I had called approx. one month prior to that and they advised a replacement was being sent. No card ever arrived and there was no record of that call when I talked to them on the 24th. On this call I told them that not only was my card not working but my wife's wasn't either and would like to get it straightened out. The woman I spoke with advised that I had 2 cards. I told her that is what was sent to me when I first registered. She stated that I can't have 2 cards and she would have to deactivate the cards. I, again, told her what the problem was and she kept insisting that I shouldn't have 2 cards and was being deactivated. She was not concerned about why I was even calling. I told her that I was already deactivated because the cards haven't worked. After that, she said she would send me a new card. I told her I needed 2 as I had before and she said she could send me 1. I told her not to bother. This was very unprofessional ! My complaint was not addressed and she made me feel as if I had done something wrong by having 2 cards, which is what Shell had sent to me to begin with. I would like to continue in the Rewards program but if this cannot be rectified, I will have to look at other programs with other companies. Thank-you.

I went into the service station with $700.00 I purchased a $400.00 money order which totaled to $402.00. I gave the cashier the money & asked her to count it again because the bills were sticking together she told me she had already dropped the money. I counted the remaining money I had left over and realized I gave her $20.00 too much. When I brought it to the cashier's attention I was told to come back. When I returned she was gone and the replacement cashier told me there is nothing he could do for me.
This is Your responsibility to count your money correctly. I know mistakes happen, but you should have made sure the cash was counted out, IN ADVANCE, so discrepancies like this do not happen.

I am a local resident to the construction site of the new shell plants being built in Monaca PA. I am excited about the project and have dealt with the construction vehicles, buses moving workers to different areas, dirty vehicles, and street sweepers on the roads. However the traffic is horrendous. It takes me 45 minutes to go 4 miles. The parking lots of construction workers are being completely emptied before local traffic is let thru. I have been late to work, late to meetings, and late to get children off buses. I understand that traffic is to be expected but this is having a huge negative impact on the people who live locally. I am being told that your company is about to send several thousand more workers to finish the project. Our area is not able to deal with the amount we have now. Please find a solution to lessen the impact on our community.

I have been purchasing shell products 53 years and have been proud to have the card marked " since 1965 " I had been using shell using a different card because of certain benefits that were offered. I am offended that no consideration was given to the longevity of my account.

So I went to a Shell store, location was 1297 Simpson Rd, Kissimmee, FL 34744, today September 22, 2018 around 6pm to get chips, ice cream and a fountain drink, when I was getting my drink, I poured ice and tried getting Dr Pepper, when I pressed it, it came out clear so I didn't take it. I went to the register to pay and the girl tells me I HAD TO PAY FOR THE CUP BECAUSE I PUT ICE IN THE CUP and I told her, no I'm not paying for a drink that I'm not taking and for a drink that wasn't working. She got mad and said I had to pay for it because I poured it. Again I told her, I'm not paying for something that I'm not taking and especially for a drink that wasn't working. She tells the other girl and the girls gets mad and says, WELL HOW ARE WE SUPPOSE TO KNOW IF IT DOESN'T WORK, IF THE CUSTOMERS DON'T TELL US. 1st off, it shouldn't be the customers job to tell your employees if a machine is working or not. That should be part of their job, to make sure everything is working when they open the store or when they start their shift. Horrible customer service and they should NEVER tell their customers THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR SOMETHING WHEN IT WASN'T OUR FAULT. I don't know anyone who would pay for a drink they couldn't drink.

I don't see it professional that a kitchen person keep the apron on to go out to smoke. And also having those cans for cigarettes out right by door. My son walked by and started coughing. I'm not a smoker so don't know how to call those little trashes.
It's nasty seeing that in front of store. It should be placed at back building. It's just gross.
bad service/gas stolen
I went to buy gas and by mistake gave the clerk the wrong pump. As soon as I realized, I told him the pump number and he started arguing with me to tell the other person to give me back the gas of $12 taken. I told he needs to give me the gas amount I purchased, so he went to the person that was at the pump and came back saying the person that took it left and is not the person that's at the pump. He refused to give me the gas I paid for and that someone else took, called he so called manager from his personal cell, which the manager didn't do anything but say he can't do anything about it. The clerk told me to call the police. The police told me to call corporate since they are refusing to give me the has I paid for. I have 2 children and trying to make ends meet for this to happen! I need Shell to please give me a solution to this problem.

Description of the Incident:
I filled up gas and purchased a car wash but one front tire of my car was cut by car wash equipment. I talked to manager on duty (his first name is David) and he checked surveillance video recording and promised me that he would call me tomorrow to have a new tire installed at the station/auto care at their cost, I left with a spare tire.
I waited a couple of days and he did not call, so I called him back, he changed his story, they were not responsible for the damage, he/gas station broke the promise made. After I talked to him again, he agreed to come up a solution and call me back within a couple of days, but he did not, they lied again.
I reported this issue to Shell customer support center to find a solution, then David/gas station left me a message telling me to buy a new tire at my own cost, but can get it installed at their gas station, it is basically nonsense that I can have the new tire installed for free at place I buy it.
I already have a new tired installed paid by myself because I can not keep driving with spare tire, and no further feedback from the service station and Shell support center even after I tried to contact them.
Breaking promise/lying to customer is bad attitude and behavior, therefore I file this complaint to make other people to be aware of this gas station that no trust and no credibility.

Our office has requested new Fleet cards for members of our staff. This request was initially made on 8/28/18 and we have still not received the cards as of 9/20/18. In order for our office to be able to properly function and serve all of our residents we need these cards ASAP. My boss has become very agitated and is looking at other fuel options if this issue is not resolved in a timely manner.
the state of a store
Just stopped at the service station located on south 171 in Godley Texas. This was the filthiest convience store we have ever been to. The coffee area was disgusting and nothing was stocked. The bathrooms were so bad that we didn't use them. The hot item counter had nats and flies in it. I wanted a fruit cup and even though they had 3 of them and they were in the cooler they were warm... dated from 3 days ago and fermented. There were 3 people working but nothing was stocked and we stood in line for 10 minutes when there were only 4 customers in the line and 2 registers open. We won't be stopping here again.
faulty nozzle
The pump dysfunction an was unable to stop when o fill full tank automatocally. Causing petrols to overflow ad I have to pull out the nozzle with petrol spalshing to my hands and feet. Station attendants came running explaining theu had complaints to the relevant contractor bit no action was taken. Causing me to pay for overflowed petrol. So dissappointing!

I went to the shell gas station at 5701 N Broadway in Chicago, ILLINOIS at approximately 8:30 a.m. on 9/16/18. I purchased an energy drink and $10 worth of gas using my debit card. I went to pump gas using pump #8. The hose fell off of the pump machine and I was unable to get gas from that pump. The cashier name Tarzan told me I would have to pay again using a different pump. She then told me she could not refund my $10 because I used a debit card. She told me a store manager would have to do it. There was no store manager present. She told me to come back another day. I find this to be unprofessional and very inconvienent.

On September 15 at approximately 1:30am, my sister enter your Shell Groovin Noovins at 2205 West 9 Mile Road, Pensacola, FL 32534, (850) 477-9431 and (850) 477-9200. Now she had just been attacked by 2 men and had blood everywhere. She did beat them off but was injured and fled to your establishment for HELP! When she entered the store, told the clerk what happen, and ask to use the phone, the clerk did let her have a phone and told her to MOVE OUT OF THE WAY! What kind of people do you employee? Not anyone who cares about others, especially ones who are in need of help! Now there were no people in line for her to move out of the way of, but the employee did have her friend that was more important than an injured woman with blood all over her. I have found out the name of the manager of the store, not the owner I guess, his name is Chris Troy and apparently he will not be in until Monday, September 17th, between 10 or 11am. The clerk was Trisha and was not present when I called. I will tell as many people as I possibly can what happened, post it on Face Book, and any other social media forum that I can. I would be so ashamed! I do not know what you could do to make it up to my sister, but I would definitely think of something if I were you! Again, I would be so ashamed...

my card was charged but I received no service for money taken
On September 10th 2018. I visited a Shell gas station in the Fort Lauderdale area Store # . address: 5001 N State Road 7, Tamarac, FL 333319
I drove about 7 or 7:30 am and attempted to pay at the pump. The pump did not accept my home zipcode so I proceeded to pay inside.
Upon entering the attendant "Mo" directed me to swipe my card. It returned a declined result, I did it a second time and the same thing occurred. I said to the attendant that I don't understand because I know funds are in my account. I departed from the store and before I left the station, I tried one more time at the pump but again it did not accept my zipcode. I left. Upon arriving home, I checked my account and saw that monies we're indeed removed from my card from the station above in the amounts of $50 and $36 respectively.
I was very upset because I left the store without any gas. I returned to the station and told the attendant that at the time he asked me to swipe my card, funds were removed. He then said it was also declined on his end. My bank however advised that there were no declined transactions at their end and infact the above amounts we're entered.
Therefore, I am asking for a full investigation in the matter of these transactions and I further demand that the funds in the amounts of $56 and $36 respectively be returned to my card immediately.
I appreciate the time your team will work on this and I look to a prompt resolution. I sincerely hope this was not a deliberate act. I am very disappointed.

On Wednesday, September 12, 2018, I walked in the station crying and upset because of being lost in town. I spoke to the Clerk asking for directions, which, on purpose gave me wrong directions. I asked the clerk if I may use the phone, because I didn't have one. Clerk said No, at first. I then told him I didn't know what to do and asked again. Clerk told me only one phone call. He then asked me what number is and started to dial. After receiving an answer, he told the person on the phone that I wanted to talk to him. As I was talking and getting correct directions, I then asked the clerk what the address of this Shell station was, he refused to give it to me. Clerk asked me if I was done and rushed me off the phone. I then Thanked him for the use of the phone, and in return he said "I'm busy, I have customers". I left crying. I did find out the store was # 31.
closing because they don't want to hire someone to pump gas at night. and theft!
They have been closing at night because the "owner" doesn't want to hire anyone and he doesn't want to pump gas and run the register at the same time. He smells so bad that it is difficult to walk in the store without gagging from his smell. He keeps taking money claims it is counterfeit but never shows you, or gives back so you can go back and collect on it. Rings up a sale for cash on a gas purchase then adds the charge on to the card when they come in and buy from the store. They are thieves! The only good people that work there are the two women at the gas pump. If you come in when they are not working the place if filthy. Try a real surprise visit not just one of your scheduled surprise visit. They refer to people of our community as cock roaches!
They broke their sewer pipe and polluted the creek water for months until they received threats at a community meeting with the sheriff. What else would you like to know? We will gladly fill you in. Sexual harassment charges have been filed at the state level against the smelly pig. Bad owners, bad community representative, bad people.

I went to the location of 2931 Charleston Hwy in West Columbia, SC 29172. The employee name is Joyce. She's an older African American woman who wears glasses. Her customer service is horrible. O know it's just a gas station but she gives she'll a really bad reputation. I took the time out just to contact you on her service skills. She didn't ask May she help me she just said hello as if she's waiting like she's doing me a favor. After fixing my food because this location serves breakfast, I asked for condiments. She asked as if I inconvenienced her. She placed my condiments in the bag and gave it to me and didn't say have a nice day or anything nothing what so ever. She really makes your company looks bad. This is not a racial profile complaint because I am an African American sending the complaint.
Gas pump credit card charge
My credit card was charged 10.00 for fuel but I never pumped 10.00 in gas and the funds where never reversed back to my credit card. The date was September 4 2018. I would like my 10.00 back. My statement from my credit card shows that the transaction is still pending.

Apparently, over the Labor day holiday weekend, my bank card was used at the Ahoskie NC Shell gas station multiple times. Oddly enough, my bank never notified me of the multiple fraudulent fill up's and being almost 200 miles away from my home, never figured my cash being depleted was an issue because I was using my card at home. While my bank cannot tell me the exact cause, someone should have video at this location of the Fraud being committed. So much for chip cards being secure.
