Yes I visited the Shell station at 7911 Garners Ferry Rd in Columbia, SC today between 5:25 pm and 5:30 ish. It was the one connected to the Burger King. Well, we stopped got 10.00 gas, 2 Dr. Peppers that were 2for3dol and a black and mild. My fiance gave her a 20 dollar bill and he kept didn't notice until we pulled off and got on the interstate that the guy attendant shorted him in change. It's not much but a few dollars but he said that he felt like they were operating a scheme by the way that they were acting. So we called back and explained to the guy what he done and he just passed the phone to a female who said that she was in training. I asked for corporate's number she said she didnt know the number. She did place me on hold while it sounded like she was pretending as if she was trying to figure the calculations and I could hear her telling him he shorted us. She didn't really add anything to know what we had she went by what I said but if you can pull surveillance, you will see whatever transpired. My fiance told me he don't remember the guy keying in the items or scanning just popping the register and that could explain why the change was incorrect. (POSSIBLE INTERNAL) She offered for us to come back but like I said we were on the interstate good before we called the right phone number. The clerk didn't give a receipt and we told the female clerk that once she asked what was on it. We live in Greenville SC and just told her that we would not be able to turn around. However, I work in Loss Prevention and the last thing I want to do is feel like someone is purposely stealing from a store and me as well. Hello this morning I walked into shells to get gas and buy some Core water. Every time I go into the store now I notice the Core water is up to high for me to reach it, so I always ask a cashier if they could get two core waters down for me. I never had a problem up until now at 8255 Mills Rd Houston TX 77064. I was at register 1 op ID:91 at 8:49am. I shop and get gas only at shells stores. I've been a loyal customer to shells even when I go out of town for over 10 yrs. I still stop at shells always no other gas station. When I asked the cashier behind the register nicely if he could get me the water cause I couldn't reach it. He just looked at me as if I hadn't asked him, then he didn't move, so one of the customers came and got two of them down for me which I thanked him. I even waited for the customer to still go ahead of me even after making it back to the register before the customer did. It was only one customer, the cashier and mysel which I was willing to wait until the cashier got done with the customer to get the water down for me. I told the cashier that I wanted $23.00 on pump 5 twice, but he put $20.00 which I noticed once the pump stopped and I looked at my receipt. While I was putting my PIN number in to pay. The cashier gone tell me he busy he not gone be helping me get water down. I told him what you mean you wasn't busy and helping me is a part of your job which is called customer service. I told him I will be reaching out to someone over him. He was so rude and if I was a angry person that would have went all bad. Something needs to be done because I do go there often and I shouldn't be treated lesser, than a customer. I even thought about blasting my experience on social media and to the BBB. I felt discriminated against the way he came at me. All the time I've been going to this location no one has ever had an issue with helping customers anytime I've asked for assistance. No one should feel like they not valued as a customer when they are a paying customer. I'm a writer and I also will write about this experience. Just like Oprah talked about her experience when she went into a store to shop. You don't know who is entering your locations and everyone should be treated equal period and if they not gone value their customers, then why are they working there? No different, then pushing beers or whatever to the front for a customer to grab it. That's what cashiers do they suppose to assist when a customer needs help. Have a good day.

I'm a regular customer at the Shell filling station located behind Belmont Abbey College this morning I went into the Shell filling station to get $3 of gas for my gas can and a pack of cigarettes I walked in with a empty half empty cup of coffee from a very expensive coffee cup I had went straight to the counter the lady try to change everything I said at the end when I went out to get my gas she charged me $14 for $3 worth of gas a pack of cigarettes and a refill coffee which I did not ask for or got the gas can overflow because I thought it was stopped at $3 getting gas all over me it went to 385 I went back inside she said I told her pump 9 we talked about it several times I said pump 3 and how much was a gallon of gas cuz I had a gas can to fill and I didn't want to over fill it she gave me change back from the register stead of putting it back on my debit card that was kind of hard for me I think you need to investigate this further

I've been patronizing Shell for some time now and I would like to, but the store on 9th and Geary in San Francisco isn't going to get me back unless this complaint resolves my issues with it.
I live in the Inner Richmond in San Francisco with two stores close to me, one being the store at 4501 Geary. I only recently signed up for the Fuel Rewards program and I enjoy the benefit of the discounts, store locations, etc. However, it can be difficult to use the app and it really confuses the clerks when a) prepaying and the clerk doesn't know how to input my info b) the ATM/Debit/Credit card I'm using isn't inserted and read quickly enough at the pump or at all and then I have to "see cashier" and c) the location doesn't take ApplePay.
I've patronized the store at 4501 Geary as often as possible and I'm pretty sure it took ApplePay in the past, but I cannot be sure. They say they do not now, which sucks. I was told the owner says we do not take Apple Pay. wen I suggested 2 I also patronize the store at 3035 Geary where I showed the attendant how to run my fuel rewards and my debit card via ApplePay. He was thankful, but he really should be trained for these products used for payments.
The store at 4501 Geary is ridiculous, truly. There's an old Asian man who works there at night who barely speaks any English, but works hard to be helpful. He cannot always be helpful and its frustrating. In year's past, there was a big deal made because this station refused the general public air and water. Seems to me Shell would support the fact that correct tire pressure helps fuel economy, but maybe not. I know the owner instructed the attendants to refuse to unlock if they believed the person didn't buy enough or any fuel, which is apparently their perrogative. But, once I saw them turn away a senior couple who had a slow leak and a tire that was almost flat. Boooo! Most recently, the attendant told me the owner didn't want to take ApplePay anymore so they don't. Boooo! I went somewhere else. Finally, two or so days ago, while working I needed to fill up quickly, but every time I inserted my credit card it said "cannot read card, try again" and then it would say "see attendant." Booooo!
I'll be hard pressed to go back to this Shell. I know your stores are independently owned. I know Richmond's Super Shell is owned by Juliana and Willy Wong. I am sure Shell Corp. has little control over how each station runs it's business. However, maybe Shell can put a little pressure on this "super" Shell station or take away the name. If it was super, the Richmond Super Shell would dole out air and water to whomever needed it, especially old people and especially anyone with a (almost) flat. If it was super it would take ApplePay like most of the other Shell stations I go to and if it were super it would have decent equipment that would work with a credit card and not require the attendant's help. But, I'll leave this up to Shell Corp. and hope for the best.

1) October 1st I was told "the owner says we no longer take Apple Pay." It was a couple of years ago when the air and water miser refused senior patrons an air fill up even though they had a flat tire and it was October 12th when the clerk had to come out to swipe my card at the pump.

Hello I don't do this but I paid for the works car wash at the shell location on 2100 s Harbour blvd Anaheim ca 92806 . What I want to complain about is that when I went through the car wash the water and soap and wax and all the above hardly came out and did not spray very hard at all with the pressure of washing the car . And it did not even get the whol car either of getting it washed . So it was a waste of my time and money . I have never had a problem with you gas station company's at all I go and get gas from you all the time so for this to happen it sad to have any function equipment that works at all when u need a car wash . But just thought I should know and thank you for your time

I brought gas from this location. And the young lady that was working in the store said that she didn't hear me come in. And I asked was there anyone else in the store with you and she no. I just feel like it should be someone else in the store. And on top of that she was outside emptying trash cans and I just feel like thats very unsafe for that young lady. She gave me excellent service I just feel like its very unsafe for her to be in that big store by herself and then on top of that, shes outside changing trash cans.

There is a major issue with the gas pumps at this location. The clerk said that it's a gliche in the system after the Hurricane Florence came through. People are leaving Shell gastion because there is a @ least a 10 minute min wait to get to the tank. They are pumping very very slow. The registers are also slow which leaves customers waiting in line for 5-10 minutes. Many people are complaining & some have decided to make social media post. I have decided to inform the company so you can fix these issues as soon as possible because I always buy Shell gas. This is very problematic because your loosing money on top of bad press/reviews. There has been more people going to the local BP station & their gas prices is higher than yours.

I'm not satisfied with the service that she'll is provided and had bad experience at one of the petrol station located in bellandur (Bangalore city).
1. Irrespective of multiple staff working, I had to wait for 35 to fuel my bike .
2. People are reluctant to handle operations as there is a long queue but only one fuel machine was running (other 3 closed)
3. Staff people are trained only to say namaste and check for zero reading, lacking the basic requirement of handling the fuel machine .
4. Low response rate, had to wait for so much time to look after the problem. ( Unable to operate fuel machine ) and still the problem was not rectified .
5. At a time 3 machines will not stop working and this is the reason that was post by staff.
Lot more to say but no justification.
Hope you take care of stituation by resloving the issue, not by just saying sorry as the staff did it for me after a long wait of 35 min

I'm a tourist from Nicaragua in USA. I went to the Shell located in Linton Boulevard the last October 10, 2018 at 5 PM awith a Mexican friend.
While my friend bought fuel; I asked a black employee for the women's restrooms. She responded that the new Shell policies were to "request an ID or a cell phone to deliver the key to the restrooms". Is that correct? Because I felt some discriminating, other customers didn't need to give their ID to access at the restrooms.

I went to shell on 10/8/18 and went to pump #1 and put my credit card in the pump and started pumping gas. My tank is only about 13 gallons and my car was not fully empty yet. I assumed it would be about $40 or less to fill up because I never spend more that 40-45 to fill up my car. Once it reached about $40 the pump continued to go and I was like weird maybe the price is really high so once it reached $50 I pulled the pump out because I thought Sonething had to be wrong and there was no gas coming out and the price continued to go up. I decided to push down the lever where the pump goes and it finally stopped at $61.54 and said I received 16.030 gallons. My car wouldn't even hold that much gas then to top it off when I turned my car on it was not even half way full. Meaning I probably only received about 4 gallons, if that because I had to go get gas again the next day already. I complained to the attendant and they referred me to a number to call where a technician would go check it out, a week later and I didn't hear anything. I would like my money back considering I spent way more than I should have and didn't receive the gas. The gas station should have just reimbursed me considering I didn't receive what I paid for.

I visited the Shell (Quick Track 12), 1321 S. Broadway St, Sulphur Springs, TX on 10/13/18 at 3:13pm.
My 19 year-old daughter and I were checking out and the cashier asked my daughter if her and I were mother and daughter. She replied, "yes." He then proceeded to say to her, "she looks better then you, " and then turns to me and smiles.
We both were in shock of such inconceivable and thoughtless behavior.
I replied, that's not a nice thing to say refraining from what I actually wanted to voice.
My daughter & I are appalled, especially in this day and age that people in a service industry (or any for that matter) would treat their customers in this manner.
Unless, I see evidence that this matter was attended to, I will share my experience online and report this incident to the BBB.
I hope in the future as a company you will consider who represents you in your stores.

Deplorable Customer Service.
I went to this location to get my car washed, at around 4:50 pm on October 13, and attempted to use the pay station located at the car wash entrance. When I tried to pay with my card, it was declined. Thinking it did not read my card properly the first time, I attempted again. Again, the card was declined, which I knew was impossible. I looked at my account and saw that the card had been charged twice. I went inside to tell the clerk that something may be wrong with the card reader on the machine. Instead of offering help, he abruptly said "Nothing I can do, call your bank." Of course, I proceeded to let him know how terrible and unacceptable his customer service skills were and asked who the owner/manager is. He said "Joe". I asked if "Joe" had a last name, to which he said he did not know. He proceeded to get progressively rude, to which I said "Who are you talking to? Don't you EVER talk to me in that manner. You need to lower your decibels."
I don't care if one is selling Mercedes, Bentleys or bananas at the side of the road. I don't care if you are tired, or don't feel like being at work. If a customer is spending money at your establishment, you act as if he/she is buying a fleet of Maseratis! This sub-standard establishment will not not see a dime of my money ever.
I urge this Shell owner to employ customer service training and not employ the first individual who walks through the door. Do better. If you don't know how, quickly learn.

Very nasty on October 12th when electricity just came back on from tropical storm. I informed her I knew the guy she yelled at and she should not do that and if she had something to say to him she should not have yelled it or his name when he walked out. She told him, a customer to go take a shower. He was upset because she allowed several customers to jump infront him in line. When he told her it wasn't right, she got rude with him. When It was my turn, i told her the customer is always right and she is to always be professional. she told me "no the customer is not always right and that she didn't have to serve me and I can get out too. This is very unacceptable especially during a time that the community is going through a natural disaster. The manager has been notified and there was a camera in view. This was between the hours of 7:40 and 8:00pm. I know management sometimes become friends with their employees and do not take the necessary disciplinary steps to correct their employees and she has had a complaint filed on her before so if this is her 2nd time and she gets away with it she will do it again and the next customer may not be as calm. The manager said she will view the footage that should be very clear with her arms flying and how calm I was while standing infront of her.

It has been more than 6 months that Shell started operating together with Al Petrol in Kosovo, but the gas is the same as it is everywhere here; trash.
I don't know if someone from the Shell Corp is looking at these, but customs has not allowed more than 30 trucks to enter Kosovo, because of their poor quality.
If you look at it, it takes 4 times longer for the ship to go to Texas in comparison with Kosovo, and the gas here is double more expensive than Texas, but still trash.

Bought car wash at location then went and bought fuel when i went inside the cashier was very rude telling me how i was wrong when i showed her my reciept to get the lower fuel price she told me there was nothing she could do. I was forced to purchase the fuel at the higher cost. I am sorry but you need go train your employees better at dealing with such situations.

This employee works at shell gas station on King street east. I come here to fill up gas every week and he refuses to sell me cigarette because i am not a Canadian citizen. I have repeatedly provided valid drivers license and a US passport and he still refuses. Im not sure of what day it was but he has made some prejudice remarks regarding my citizenship. So i refuse to spend anymore money with this location until I see an improvement with customer service. I have video proof of him saying that i must be Canadian to purchase tobacco products.

At the shell on sossaman & southern in mesa AZ., you have a employee i believe his name is Steven he has no teeth and his left eye is crooked constantly threatening customers saying he was a cop, and he threatens with physical harm by bloviating he has a black belt and i am bigger than you, he is a meth head and trash! I have been a customer for over 15 years at that location, everyone knows me there, never a problem with any other employee, i am a friend to all of them! but this guy will end up being a law suit for shell. I have owned three companies over the past 46 years, i realize employee's can be good and bad, but this guy will only be a liability ! I have complained to the manager and other senior employee's, i am not the only customer to be threatened by this problem person. He even complain's about having to pay auto insurance, he is not stable at all. SOMEONE WILL GET HURT!

This complaint is regarding an incident of of bad gasoline in our vehicle. We would like to inquire what steps are needed in this process.
The bad gasoline caused engine failure once on the interstate about 2 miles approx.
We had to be towed, extensive repairs.
What is the next process in reporting thia issue.
