17 April 2023 14:29:37 Receipt no 138148 AED 302.13. Nissan Patrol full tank special was the request, as the pump auto stop didn't work, the attendant not nearby and it overflowed. I had to pay AED 100 more due to this. Since it was Ramadan i paid. After i insisted meeting the supervisor and request to clean the petrol on the tyre, with soap etc due to safety reasons, it was done. However, the entire incident was taken lightly with a sorry and i was wondering why i have pay more with no fault of me and also the next 40 mins of my drive with smell of petrol.
Safety measures are lacking even after the incident, no board was put up why auto stop not working

This morning around 6:59am to 07:04am i.e., 10th February-2022 at airport road after Mushrif mall 1/2 signal adnoc petrol station went to refill my car it was blinking almost empty i asked the guy for 50dhms petrol he said no I don’t have change for 100 dhms, he could could have asked his colleagues but he refused straight and rude i told him my tank is empty but he didn’t listen at all. How it’s possible that they don’t keep change for even 100 dhms I didn’t gave him a 500 note for 50 dhms petrol. Please give them a brief training on how to talk to customers next time.

I purchased ice cream from adnoc oasis station and while opening it, i found fungus and totally damaged. Upon returning the item i been ask if this item is damaged when i open, i replied off-course it is damaged and fungus cover on part of Cadbury ice cream.

Please be informed that I filled AED 30 fuel for my Car Traffic Plate - 12/58726 from ADNOC MAHAWI NORTH - 16 ABUDHABI on [protected] at 7.35 AM.
Unfortunately after I moved out from the Station I received message from my Bank that Instead of AED 30 they deducted AED 100 from my Bank account.
Kindly advise on what action I should take to get back the extra deducted amount of AED 70.

Mixture of diesel and petrol in my fuel tank damaged the fuel pump
On 06 October 2020 I went to one of the Petrol Stations in Khalifa City A (Abu Dhabi) to get a full tank of Special fuel 95 (petrol) and paid 124.18 AED (receipt number 730603), which I paid by Debit card (ending with XXX9911 linked to my ADCB account XXX141001.
After parking my car for a few days in Abu Dhabi as I did not use it over the weekend, I drove to Dubai Marina on 11 October 2020 and parked the car at Silverine Tower for 2 days at my friend's place. In the evening on 13 October 2020, I wanted to drive back to Abu Dhabi and my car would not work even though the battery was still fine. So I called the Road service assistance through my Insurance company who was not able to jumpstart the car and identified that there is a problem with the fuel pump after checking it and smelling Diesel.
On 14 October 2020, I had to get my car towed to the Golden Tree Auto Repairing Workshop LLC in Dubai, who replaced the fuel pump and cleaned the entire fuel line. (Please see attached the report and invoice for your reference). I tried to call ADNOC Customer Service Hotline on 800 300 to file an official complaint but no success after holding for hours. I do not even think that there is anyone working at the Contact Centre and the company hopes that we will just hang up.
I am utterly appealed by the lack of Customer Service and want ADNOC to reimburse me for the costs I had endured (2, 415.00 AED for repair and 124 AED for the fuel, which I could not use as it was a mixture of Diesel and petrol I received).
As a customer, I trust in the only petrol company available in Abu Dhabi and hope I can continue to trust them. It's not like I have a choice as it is the only gas and oil company in Abu Dhabi. I would like this matter to be resolved amicably and as soon as possible.

I would like to inform you that, today (07/10/2020) morning around 8.00A. M I want to fill petrol for my car. so, I approach the Adnoc petrol station located near Oceanic hotel at Khorfakkan (Al khaleeg s/s - 680). After fininshing the fueling I called the attendor of the station to remove the fuel nozzle as he didn't come himself. Either, he went to attend another customer who came after me. I told him, Please finish my service as I am getting late for my work. But, he talk to me very harshly and told that, if you are in hurry you have to come early, I will come whenever I am free.
I try to make a compliant to his supervisor. unfortunately, noone was there to make a compliant. I hope Adnoc will take action against this person and will teach lesson such misbehaving persons. He refuse to give his name and number. so, I took photo of him and attached for your action.

I would like to make a complaint against one of your cashier staff (Philippino) at petrol station Adnoc oasis store in Al Ghafiya (577) Sharjah. Yesterday morning (22/06/2020) between 08:40 to 08:45 I came to there for purchase one Salik recharge card. I was worn up a maroon color shirt. When reached there, I asked the cashier to give me a 50 Dhs Salik Recharge card and I showed my ATM card, the same moment he said cash only - very rudely. I replied what did you say, his reply exactly like this "I said cash only... right? Go bring the cash'' rudely & roughly. I asked to him what is your name, he don't answer me, at that time I was looking his ID, but I could see the backside of his ID only. That's how he wore it.
Since 5 years I am your regular customer, like petrol and salik recharge and oil changing of my car etc. This is first time experience for me.

He was arrogant and wasnt on his duty and had came late to attend. He wasnt welcomming at all and told himself to complain. I was at ADNOC fuel station AL RAMZ 668 Station number to fuel my car at 21:49 pump no 8 receipt number 440845.
I inserted my credit card for amount of AED 125 and it was approved and i wanted to fill the fuel, However the fuel handle which goes in the car carrying the fuel was defective and i immediately informed the service attendants Mr. Ronni ID 11668 & Mr Karan ID 14039, However both these staff said there was no problem with the noozle/ handle and they said there was problem with my car.
I tried to make them understand that the automatic stopper (which stops when the tank is full) is not functional properly. They were not ready to listen to me and for more than 5 minutes were aruging with me that the car is having issue and not the noozle/ handle.
I asked them to assist me they said we are very busy and it was my job to fill the fuel after 5 pm. As the noozle/ handle was not functional properly this could had caused hazzard of spilage. I repeatedley asked assistance which they were not ready to assist.
Finally when finished fueling the car, I waited for the next car to check if was it really defect in my car or was there really a problem with the noozle/ handle.
Finally when the next car started to fuel the same issue was faced by the Customer and then finally the service attendant accepted saying in my car there is no problem in may car and the problem is with the noozle/ handle.
I asked the staff that i wanted to speak with the Manager of the fuel station and he said the Manager is not available.
The 2 staff at the service station were arrogant Mr. Ronni ID 11668 & Mr Karan ID 14039 and were not ready to listen to customer query, My wife called the toll free number 800300 for 3 times who gave extension numbers to speak with each time. Finally they told us to contact the Supervisor Mr. Noufal who came to the attendants and the fueling place to know what is the issue all about. He assured that he will log a complaint about it.
Similarly i noticed 1 car door open and the person fueling his vehicle, I notified the Supervisor about it.
Hope the service attendants will be there to assist customers, which will reduce any hazards in case of faulty equipment.

On 1st march 2019 by mistakenly top up 3000 instead of 100 ( payment reference number) in my E Wallet personnel account and so I requested refund requested in ADNOC Al Ain Ayla hotel office on 3rd March with my credit card copy and request
on the basis of my request on 11th March I received Debit Note from ADNOC ( VAT invoice number [protected]) But until now the payment not yet received in my account
I follow up my request through ADNOC e wallet customer care in 4 times and visited 4 times in Adnoc Ayla Hotel office but fund not yet credited in my account

I am Dr.Nesrin El Mligy, was badly treated from one of your employee his name is Shaheer, who works in Um Al qawin branch.
This happens on 09 Feb 2019 on 8:35 am when i was fueling my car and i receive an important call from one of my patients and he suddenly come and close the pump without any explanation for this and speaks to me in a bad way reporting that i can go and complaint any where, he doesn't care.

It's a petty a big company like Adnoc promotes racism. If they didn't want Africans, the should have just mentioned it in the job requirements. Not to let people pay transports and get to jebel ali and get embarrassed at the entrance by the security telling them to live because they don't need Africans. It's really shameful that a company like Adnoc is promoting racing. Some of my African brothers and sisters even slept at the interview location just to get a chance but it still didn't matter and they were being sent away like dogs. We are all humans and it's nobody's fault tobe born African. Am pleading on the entire Adnoc management team tobe more specific next time when they are doing an open interview, so they can set us( Africans) from having sleepness nights, spending money to print documents, and sleeping in front of an interview hall only tobe sent away In the morning because am African.
