I did not get my van filled and was charged for petrol which I never got
on 10/10/18 at shuhada al emarat s/s 696 with trn number [protected] i got cash receipt with user number 21039 vehicle number u dubai 74188 toyota van of 100 dhms 40 ltrs ulg 95. dear sir or madam in reality they did not fill my tank at all i was priced wrongly because i parked my van at my office international city and in between near my office it went off. i tried a lot to make it start but nothing was helping i brought a mechanic and upon inspection i came to know that my fuel tank was empty kindly take strict action against the person who are behind this fraud in your country it is not good if they get away with it i can be reached on this number [protected] manager aun mohammad technical services llc dubai.

My name is jim. I live in sharjah and works in jebel ali thereby alternate days I fill petrol from adnoc station in sharjah (as there is no alternative choice). Today (3rd oct 2018) after filling petrol at al qassmiyah fuel station (receipt # 156617), notice that my credit card (rak bank) has been charged twice aed 100 each for a transaction I did for aed 100. It was charged before filling and again debited same amount after filling and received sms with credit limit decreased by aed 200/-. When I enquired it with supervisor, he said it is my creditcard issue and will get reversed within 7 days. What guarantee that I should have that it will be reversed and if this is the system that you have made daily my credit card limit will get reduced due to such hold for no reason.
Trust me, it will be me only the looser if such duplicate debited amounts doesnt come back to my credit card as neither adnoc nor rak bank is going to take responsibility of it. We should remember that no such chaos is there with eppco fuel stations.
Please let me know if this is only solution that you have discovered and will be continued, if so I need to move back to old century for adnoc fuel stations by forgetting plastic money and carry cash

no well bonus to third party roustabout in ad-140

On our rig AD-140, All ADNOC crew gets well bonus and rig move bonus. Even roustabout also.
But wr third party roustabout (naukri/SAA), We haven't got a single bonus yet. Its been 10 months since we are complaining. No one listens.
Our other rigs third party R/A gets equal bonus as ADNOC crew R/A
I request you to please look into the matter. We are mere labours with AED1500 monthly salary.
The management is very partial with us. This issue is on this rig only. All other rigs gives bonus to third party workers also.
Please help us. Its been 10 months since we are asking for what we hav earned through our hard work and dedication.

Today making my test vehicle in adnoc in motor world abu duabi to renew Car's registration, the employee write a wrong mileage for my car adding 40 k kms more than the existing. I only saw thos mistake one hour later and I tried to complain but they asked me to change the tyres first and come back later because the employe is not there.

From abusing me to cutting me off completely, ha has destroyed me and refuses to take any responsibilty which has made life very diffcult for me since i am also a cancer patient. - is similar to Carrefour extra charging because they help you with placing your groceries in the bags or like a taxi driver charging you because they help you with your luggage!

4 times I have filled my car and 4 times I have not had tire air check even after I
requested for assistance 2 times. The way I see it is, ADNOC, owes me 40 AED. for the service charge but no service and I sure am not the only one. I observed everyone else too.
The problem I see is there are 2, 3 or 4 attendants responsible for 8 - 12 pumps... that's 3-4 attendants taking orders for 8- 12 pumps and pumping gas and taking payments. (legally the attendants should NEVER! leave the pump unattended and go service another customer SAFETY!SAFETY! SAFETY!) Now somebody tell me how you expect those poor attendants to do all that as well as wash windows and pump air?
It does not take a smart person to realize it is 100% impossible!... But please, by all means, MANAGEMENT ABSOLUTELY MUST run out and blame the poor hot overworked attendants, AFTER-ALL its there fault, Right? No! its managements fault for rushing to implement a service without properly preparing LOGISTICALLY for it. The way I see it ADNOC needs to hire about 100, 000 more attendants to provide the services they are charging for otherwise just keep on with the charges and failures to provide the service you charged for. Next time this happens I will go inside ADNOC and get the manager to come pump my air and wash my windows. Then firmly warn him not to take his frustrations out on the poor attendants.

Had my car oil changed for 90k km at al saada stree branch. After the change oil the service crew washed the engine bay with water and sprayed high pressure air. Everything went fine as I was able to drive my car back home. But at night we were supposed to go out I noticed that the battery indicator was lighting up, so I immediately had the car checked. First I went to an adnoc service center, where I normally have my service and the service crew there said that it may be the alternator and he directed me to al bateen where they can thoroughly check the electrical. After all the diagnosis they asked me what happened before I brought my car to them. I told them that I had the oil change and that the service crew washed the engine bay. Then they asked me if they used water and I said yes. They then concluded that the water may have sipped into the alternator which caused it to fail. The quote for a the replacement of the alternator is 1950 aed + service charge.
I would like to know if adnoc will reimburse me for the damage that was caused by the poor service I received.

Although you have increased the car wash price, the level of service provided has in fact gone down.
In a recent wash at the khalidiya filling station near Sheraton suites the cleaning staff didn't clean the inside properly. There was dust still inside.
There was no attempt made to clean the boot. It was only done after I asked to do it.
Ensuring that quality assurance is maintained in your products and services, will ensure a greater level of customer satisfaction.
Therefore I hope your quality assurance department will look in to this and educate the car wash staff about the proper procedures that should be maintained during every car wash.
new sensors installed at petrol station
Hi,
I drive a Toyota tundra 2014 model, I fueld my car in al send a area and they had installed new censors on the filling nozzles that prevented the fueling.
Several empolyes tried but were unsuccessful. At the end I had to use cash and fill my tank via a one station that did not have a censor.
My consern is I won't be able to fuel I the future because of this new censor

I am a regular at the mentioned station, a few days ago when I went to fill petrol in car. I parked my car next to the filling bay and the attendant told me to move to the other side as it is not allowed to fill from the side I was parked, but ADNOC has long hoses which can reach both sides, I told him that but he completely refused to fill and I had to move to the other line which took a long time to reach my turn.
I went to the station again yesterday to fill petrol and I tried speaking to the same attendant but he turned his face away with disrespect and refused to talk to me.
This is not at all the expectation I had from these people.
I shall be grateful if some action taken against this gentleman

After waiting in line for about one and a half hours to get my vehicle inspected in order for me to sell, the inspector handled me the results paper with "Failed Inspection" result in the bottom. When I looked the reason, it was beacause the car needed a full Polish as written. As a US citizen who lived in US for over 25 years, Great Britain, Canada and else places, I have to admit that was a serious joke and pure scam and fraud for your company to identify who's car is clean and who needs to Polush their vehicle. My car is well maintained and cleaned almost every week ad I live in a far desert area in AD, where you decides that it has to fail the test cause it could deploy a hazard on the global environment or on other vehicles on street. Your greedy policy needs to be reviewed million times. I will however do my best to put this on international media to make people laugh on this farce trying to ripp off people. The pos/credit card/debit card machine is outdated
Passed by this evening [protected]) at adnoc khalidiya to fill my petrol. As usual, I just bring my credit card without bringing any cash or debit card as I always do. When the service staff had tried my card, he was asking for pin # which I don't have for that credit card. I instructed him to just "by pass" as it has no pin and he said "its not possible". So he showed me the machine and I try by myself twice but it wont work. It was just so embarrassing that i'm always using this card for other adnoc and I dont expect this to happen with me tonight. I have to leave my emirates id with the supervisor as I dont have any alternative. I even ask to use the machine in adnoc shop but the supervisor also said its not possible. The point is, like what your supervisor said, "this is adnoc, its a big company". And my card cannot be used? Funny really. What a wonderful experience. Now I know which adnoc I cant use my card. And note, prior to that, I have used my card for dinner in a tiny restaurant and voala! Transaction was successful.

Every time I use a station the attendant asks me if I pay by cash or card. When I say neither they are really confused. I want to pay by chip every time. Why are they so surprised ? Or why don't they ask how would you like to pay.
Yesterday evening (time 18:35) at ADNOC Al RahaS/S-144 Abu Dhabi, i set 80 Dh amount for filling but after 9 Dh filling stopped. ADNOC helper asked me to put card details again and set it to 80 Dh.
