A foreign guy and lady refused to make the order of buisiness sale to me at 10 am Friday December 13. 2024 "said they didn't have change" I left and went across the street to another Shell station because I needed gas then. I recognize these people are illegal drug addicts that rob places. I think they Jezzeble or are swine flue. I just went to University of Arkansas Medical Sciences and seen them again at 4:40 pm at a illegal food trailor Neca on 7th and Palm. They looked like they were crazy high on drugs with money they stole from Shell station
Please arrest them immediately because they are violators in the vicinity of my apartment and at my home I lived at previously. They are probably murderers to do that and shouldn't be allowed to sell food
