Town Fair Tire Centers

ON 3-29-19 replaced all tires. on 5-9-19 car shaking loud noise. all nuts were off the passenger rear tire. Manager of Orange office Tim, reacted immediately to the problem. But my issue is, I have 5 kids. if this tire rolled off my Ford Truck Explorer god knows what would have happened. When I saw why my car was acting like that I freaked out. This is not acceptable at all. I paid $710.63 for all new tires and believed I would be safe. Who would think wheels lugs would just fall off along with the post of two of them brake off. This is ridiculous. Thank god I was being watched by him to not have an horrible accident with myself, the kids or my husband in the car. Now I do not have my truck since Saturday 5-11-19. Yes Tim got me a rental, but I thought I would have my truck today. Nope just received a call that due to all this happening, they have to replace the whole hub and they will not have that piece until later today, so I may not have a truck until tomorrow morning "maybe". I am glad tim got me a rental, but this is ridiculous. Now I fear driving my truck because the same company who put on the tires are fixing it. I fear the same situation will take place. I paid in full close to $1000.00, this should not have happened and I'm still out my truck. Outside of this issue, I want it clear Tim the Manager has been great. the caliber of employees in the shop have to be looked into. As I waited for my truck prior to this incident, All I would hear in the store as I waited was, F*** this or motherf*** that. I'm a customer. This should have been a sign of what type of service I would receive. Completely ridiculous. On top of this after I had the tires replaced, one of my sensor lights is damaged. I will not pay for that. But now I'm thinking is this one of their errors. Something has to be done. I am not happy with any of this at all.
