I had a 10:00 AM Appointment at Town Fair Tire in North Providence yesterday to have my winter tires, which I had purchased there a few years ago, switched with my regular tires. I arrived at 9:45 and sat in the waiting room. I could see my car outside the window, and they took the car in at 12:40. The car wasn't ready until after 2:00 PM. People who came in after me were finished before me. If switching tires is not a profitable service for them, I'll just have it done by my regular mechanic in future, and I'll find another retailer when I need to replace the tires.
