Town Fair Tire Centers

I was just at the town fair tire in Auburn mass and trying to reschedule an appointment that I missed and get a size bigger on my tires that I was gonna buy, the employee, a gentleman by the name of “Ken” seemed he was eager to help me. I told him I wanted to reschedule my appointment and get a bigger tire size. He said fine. I wasn’t happy with the price he called me for just going up one tire size I told him I change my mind and I wanted my deposit back. He was adamant about matching the price. I told him I was no longer interested and I wanted a refund and he pretty much changed his whole attitude and told me I had to wait for the person who took my deposit a few days earlier to give me a refund.. I tried to talk to him for an explanation why he could not do it. He pretty much ignored me and shrugged me off pretty much pretending I wasn’t there because I did not want to buy tires there. This is insulting, disrespectful, embarrassing I am not ever going to go back to another town, fair tire ever again this is how your employees treat your customers?
