I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for over 40 years. Do all my banking with them. I discovered back in March of 2023 fraud charges on my debit card from Tracfone from June 2022 to March 2023. I don't understand why I never noticed them sooner because I constantly check my debit charges on line. I immediately called Wells Fargo to put in a claim and they only reimbursed me $44.42 and $49.92 back to my debit card. There were fraud charges of 22.27 for 10 months and I would like the rest of the money reimbursed back to me. I have been a loyal customer of Wells Fargo for more than 40 years. Can someone please help me to recover the rest of the fraud charges - I'm only askng for the $129.70 back to my account. Can someone please make an exception and help me - I never noticed or saw those fraud charges. I called Tracfone to try and get it back from them - they new they were fraud charges and they even said they saw another phone number that was used on my account which was not my cell phone number. I know you have rules and regulations but can you please issue me a gift card of something I can use in order to recover my loss. I'm 73 years old and live on a fixed income so this is very important to me. Please - can someone help. Please advise.
