I was in your stop&shop today store #2563. Put all my goods into to cart and since store was busy I went to self check out, there was about four other people their, I scanned all my items and paid put all items in my bag. All of a sudden here comes this man child by the name of corey he tells me I did not scan all my items. I told him I did all where put on the side desk then in my bag. He then swiped his card and got another receipt I said I have my receipt, he looked at me funny and said how many items do you have, now I am getting upset (what is he saying i'm robbing). He then stared to count my items I was right they matched my receipt 8 items scanned 8 items paid for. Did he stop no he said I thought you didn't scan one item. He is getting loud now, I do the same, how dare you I say. I look around I notice i'm the only elderly person, he did not go after any of them, only me. I am a senior who believes in pay for what you want and all will be good in your life. I cried all the way home so hurt. Also the girl at the desk said to me he is doing his job and then she laughed at me. I will never shop at your store again bye
Desired outcome: teach your employees to respect shoppers not look to make a name for yourself
