The incident occurred due to staff members locking company doors before legal closing time, and there were other shoppers in the store. I was ambushed by staff when all I was trying to do is pick up my few items. It was not going to take me more than 5 minutes to grab everything I need, and I was in my right within the company to shop until 9pm.
Desired outcome: I am seeking compensation for emotional damages, including fear and anxiety, stemming from an unsettling incident at your establishment. I encountered a staff member who exhibited an intense and intimidating demeanor.
