Stop & Shop - Staff member

A staff member by the name of Jessica at Stop & Shop from Bartow 718-320-2902 was very unprofessional and rude when I called to get refills on my husband medications on the morning 10/1124 @9:30am.
The person who answered the call had an attitude, her tone of voice toward customers is very unpleasant. When I told her she was being very rude she immediately put me back on hold and put me through with the pharmacist.
I am a elderly person who treat everyone with respect and I expect the same respect toward me. I submitted this complain so this person should be reprimanded so she won't do this again to other customers.

Submit this complaint directly to Stop & Shop’s management, outlining the unprofessional behavior and requesting that they address the staff member’s conduct. Clearly state your expectation for respectful treatment and ask for appropriate action to prevent similar incidents with other customers.

I don't care if it happens to anyone else, it happened to me I only started using profanity when she was rude to me first. Also this incident made me so angry, that I took my anger out on my grandchild. I ended up hurting my grand child. My child and her husband are banning her me from seeing my grandchild. I disowned my daughter because of them. She took her husbands side, not mnibe.
