To whom it may concern,
I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your store located at 50 Massachusetts Ave NE
Washington, DC 20002 on 02/20/2023 between the hours of 6PM and 7PM.
I had an order via Door Dash pickup and asked the cashier if I could be provided with a drink carrier and some tape to secure the drinks of my customer’s order. The cashier, an older Hispanic woman, responded to my request by calling me a “Black [censored]ing [censored] in Spanish-maldita perra negra”. I was greatly disturbed by her choice of words, as it was unnecessary and disrespectful.
I expect basic respect and courtesy from any service provider, no matter what my race or ethnicity is. It seems clear to me that the cashier in question found my request inconvenient and chose to express her frustrations in a very inappropriate manner, which is unacceptable.
I hope that this issue can be addressed and that similar incidents of racial intolerance do not take place in the future. I await your response.

Desired outcome: She need to go through a Morals and ethics course, removal from that location and relocated to a Taco Bell in VA.
