I purchased 2 pair of eyeglasses, checked the online system 2 weeks and the glasses were not ready. Called the store and they neglected to update the system. Upon testing I took one pair and requested a refund on the 2nd pair as clearly there was a miscommunication on what I needed. I never took the glasses out of the store, I have not received a credit. My FSA informed me of several items that are not covered and I need to remit payment. Vision Works has not credited my account. I have spoken with 3 customer service reps who also tried calling the store and received no response. What is the issue? the window on my FSA is getting shorter and according to your policy it could take up to 31 business days to receive a refund and they have not even started the process. I am not understanding the issue here. The glasses I did keep are not comfortable. I am not ever going back into that store. The people are friendly however, not able to fit glasses correctly for me, nor process paperwork. How can I escalate this issue and get my full refund. I am ready to return these glasses as well and be done,
