My wife and I have BayCarePlus Premier (HMO) plan. I was told by phone and in the local Visionworks store that we were in network. We have an allotted amount for eyeglasses. We picked our glasses and we were told that what we were owed above the allotted amount. I would not have gone to Visionworks if we were not in network. I do not believe we owe any additional money. Please resolve this. Thanks
