I booked a unit on December 29th online. I physically went into the store on December 30th to make sure that everything was good. My movers brought my furniture and there was a lock on my unit. It was 1:44 and the sign on the door said she would return from lunch at 1:30 but she still wasn't back. The employee accused my of putting a lock on the unit and said we were responsible for getting the lock off. I told her I never put the lock on and to check the camera. She said there was nothing she could do. My husband asked if we could cut the lock and she said yes. After we cut the lock off we went back to the employee to buy a lock and she was gone again with a sign on the door saying she'd be back at 2:45. I am furious. I had to pay my movers for an hour more and had to go out and buy a lock. This is unacceptable. As if this wasn't bad enough I was accused of putting a lock on the unit. I want the camera checked as there is one directly facing my unit.
Desired outcome: I want to be reimbursed for the extra time for the movers and the purchase of another lock
