Dear Chris,
Angela Divirgilio My daughter worked at wawa 2030 limestone rd from 6-2021 , until 7-19th this year. She was doing a great job, working overnight shift while going to school. Always congratulations on a wonderful job she did. When Jackie agm started working maybe a month, Jackie had a vendetta against her my daughter. She went to work and she did ring up her free shortie, Free...I stress, terminated for this. This Jackie was rude to my daughter every shift, she ruined everything. My daughter worked this became of school and she has a car payment and rent. I want this looked into, she was very bossy, she was rude.
She said to her " you have to be at register as soon as you walk in" Angela had great relationships with all other managers never a complaint. They all loved her. Please look into this.

Wawa - product delivery management unprofessional appearance and presentation as well as no patience and non caring attitude
I come to this wawa twice a day everyday pretty much since it opened just about every one who works there knows me and what I purchase in all the time and even though there have been a couple situations I don't complain until today and I'm sorry I have to but I'm very disappointed and I had to leave with no product and the store didn't get the sale as I went to another wawa so what happened was I punched in the wrong things on my sandwich and how many I ordered so we changed it and had to get the manager brandy who was frustrated and irritated right from the start to correct everything at the register so when doing so she wasn't ringing or explaining the procedures she was doing which lead to her saying in a sarcastic tone that I can just leave with nothing if I want which I responded no problem I will that I would be making contact and she wouldn't give me proper info about her name and said go ahead and call that she didn't care if I did do hear I am I'm closing I'd like to add that ever since this person came to work at this store I've noticed that she's very un happy frustrated impersonal and unprofessional towards her customers and is in no way management material especially for this company please feel free to contact me anytime concerning this matter I have been coming to your stores for over 20 years and don't want to stop because of one of your unprofessional ignorant incompetent managers I can be reached at +[protected] feel free to share my complaint to brandy she needs a course in customer relations desperately thank you Dean Giroud owners/operator Dean Giroud Construction
