I requested a BLT on a roll, which I may have hit on the lettuce and tomato which deleted the items from order, I received a roll with bacon on it only and didn't look until I return to my office.
The woman called out my number and said BLT, maybe she should have asked are you sure you don't want the L & the T on a BLT?
There is a very large Black gentleman that works there, and he would ask me or others are you sure you want an item or not on the sandwich or purchase and make correction.
I am not returning today but am so pissed off would it be too much for the women to ask.
Claimed loss: I dent want my loss, I would like others in the business to have common sense and so courteously like the one gentleman has

Your own fault for accidentally hitting the lettuce and tomato. Do not blame them for YOUR MISTAKE. GROW UP. Wherever you would would you like it someone blamed you for their mistake? She doe not need to ask you need to get someone who is not a complete airhead to help you with your ordering so you do not make the same mistake in the future. For sure you need to GROW UP and own up to your mistake.
Also since another gentlemen asked you if you are sure you don't want an item, you made this mistake before. Common sense would be for you to get someone who is not a complete airhead to help you so you do not make this mistake. Common sense and adult maturity would be to own up to your mistake. You let one MISTAKE, YOUR OWN MISTAKE stop you from returning. You WON'T be missed.
