I come to WaWa almost everyday. For the past 3 days before your employee Cecily Washington clocks in on her shift I've seen her smoking a Marijuana Joint and also smoking out of a crack pipe. I don't know how you guys hiring process is but that is ridiculous. This can not be somewhere I would continue to make my number one service. I don't know if I will be able to eat there anymore concerning that I don't know if she will put anything in the good or anything.

I entered the Wawa on Chester Pike in Prospect Park Pa on Thursday the 27th of April and ordered food for me and my pregnant fiance and we both ordered the same order with extra beef and extra pepper jack cheese and extra american cheese and extra sour creme on our quesidilas and we also ordered 2 large potato cheese and bacon soups and the soups were watered down and we didnt receive any cheese barely at all on our quesidilas and barely any beef. We spent almost 50 dollars that night in your store and when we called back when we got back home to tell them of the problems we were having with the food they told us that they would do nothing for us so thats why i am writing wawa to tell you of the problems we were having with one of your stores. I would appreciate it for compensation for the bad service we received at wawa? Thankyou.

I was shopping in your wawa losation in Nj. While I was checking out I happen to notice a display of racism among the rep in the location by the name of Nanette. Her body spoke to me like I don't want you her nor was I handed in a polite manor I waould like to have this handle by corporate or have her removed for being employed by y'all because I noticed it & it was uncomfortable in a manor that I really got mad about it

Was just at your 8800 park street, seminole fl location. Asked jayson who is at register for a carton of cigarettes (Marlboro 100's hard pack). He says he does not have. I ask for 10 packs and to charge me for carton. Common sense. He charges per pack ($4 more per carton). I ask again and he says he can't scan soft carton just to charge correct price. Lost 58.00 in sales and future business for kit taking care of customer.

The wawa in hatfield pa use to be nice. Now you can stand in line 10 ppl or more with 1 person on register and 5 ppl on food line with no orders! This is inexcusable! I shouldn't have to wait 10-15 mins in line while the other employees don't want to work register. They have had a huge turn over and you don't even get greeted and I have to wait for the kids to stop talking so I can ask for the coffee to be refilled and if I interrupt them you get dirty looks! We came into the WaWa located on Blue Heron to order lunch for the job (Palm Tran) My supervisors placed their orders over the phone through me.
we paid for our order and then they told us we hadn't paid which it was a misunderstanding because the young lady had only rang up one ticket, so that was totally understandable so I went ahead and paid for the other ticket. When we got back to base the supervisor tried to bite into the chicken sandwich and the meat was not fully cooked let along warmed up. It was very tough and hard to bite so she requested the food be returned. upon arriving back to WaWa I approached the cashier and she called a manager which happened to be getting off work, The manager instructed the kitchen staff to remake the food and change the meat because she no longer wanted the chicken. The sandwich was changed to a steak and cheese sandwich. When the food was ready and I approached the counter to retrieve the food I was told that it wasn't my food, What was I trying to do get free food? I then had to return to the cashier who I initially spoke with and she then told them that they were indeed supposed to make my food as the manager that was on duty before leaving had told them too.
I was then given the food in an angry manner. My job loves ordering lunch from WaWa but at this time we are very disappointed in the service and the attitudes that was given. I was embarrassed because they made it seem like I was trying to steal food. I;m very upset and would like to a speak with a member of management from corporate
rude clerk
I stopped at the Wawa this morning with friend of mine. We stopped at the 61 South Main Road, Vineland, New Jersey Wawa.
When I got in line, the clerk (named Dee) started to talk about my friend. He had left the store and was waiting for me. Dee proceeded to tell everyone that would listen (at the top of her voice in a crowded store) "did you see that guy? He steals and has stolen from (someones name)." She was talking to the clerk that was checking me out and the line of customers lined on either side of the counter.
I think it was VERY rude of her to speak about anyone like that. First, it is merely heresay. I've been friends with this man for over a year and have never seen him do anything. Because he is homeless, she likes to pick on him. This is not the first time, but it angered me so much today.
Unfortunately, I will no longer visit this store. I would hope that someone would talk to this clerk and tell her this is not a gossip mill but a convenience store. I came in to buy things not listen to her idle unfounded talking.

I visit this wawa everyday. I always get a free coffee or tea with the coupon that is sent to my phone after taking the survey. Today I go around 9pm at night I am told by a supervisor that I can not use the coupon on my phone for my tea because it needs to be printed out. I come here everyday as I previously stated not once have I heard this before so I asked why? The supervisor says, because people use the coupon over and over again she only says I'll do it this time because I explain to her that I come here all the time and this is a first. For one how can you use a coupon more than once when it's a different code every time, two.. doesn't it pop up on Wawa's screen that it was used already if that were the case. So I Said to The supervisor you should in-service your staff if that's the case because apparently no one knows that information but you! Check, her employee says I didn't know we couldn't do that. All's I can say is Get it together store number 8072. Wawa on Street Road Brookwood Shopping Center.
rude condescending behavior from asst. manager
On Friday 4/14/17 I stopped at the Wawa on Jewell St. Garfield, Nj at lunch time for a coffee. Again many coffee urns were empty. Typical response from young female staff is, "We are busy."
Asst. Manager Mike lumbered behind the coffee counter to tell me what urns were full. He then started to refill the empty urns. The cup I made from the flavors I did not want was cold. Asst. Manager Mike pulls out his handy thermometer and reported it measured 141 degrees which is the proper temp without cream. All I want its a darn cup of coffers for my mom who is in the hospital. I don't need a darn dissertation.
As I turned to pay Asst Manager Mike told the female co-worker, "That's why I live in Morris County." Clearly implying us Bergen County residents are problematic.
I passed this on to tall female manager Csilla who looked at me very confused.
When the store opened it was nice. Good service and more than one register open. Now it is a horrific disaster.

I am displeased with the wawa off of mearns road warminster pa 18974 service. First of all, I use to work at a wawa close by and was held to very high standards as an ememployee. Never have I ever seen or given such horrible service. Never would any of our customers be waiting for a breakfast sandwich, drink, double shot, food (the items I usually purchase) for over 15 min. Multiple occasions I have specifically asked for a sandwich to be made, told "no problem" by an employee or employees which makes it worse, patiently sat and waited, to be standing there for 20 min while the employees I spoke to see me standing there; are literally looking right at me to have to be told "oh #### I forgot" after now being late to work and waiting 20 min. You'd think once was a mistake and irritated I was yes, but brushed it off. I am a very understanding person and get that things may happen from time to time. Shouldnt, but may. To have it happen again a week later by the same empthings, only this time nothing was said to me at all they just flat out told me "i got you" when I asked and bc I dont want to be given attitude for reminding them that I have been standing here for 20 min (if anything I should be giving the attitude not you as an employee) never even made my sandwich. To again have me sit there like an #### late to work AGAIN waiting 20 min for nothing is absolutely rediculouse, especially when I work down the street and get to wawa with plenty of time to spare. Ontop of this the lines are always extremely long, rather than open 2 cigarette lines (considering thats the longest line) they chose not to do so and open a regular line that is empty may I add while there is a mile long cig line... Sometimes mile long lines period no matter which line your in. If I ever did any of the above id of been fired or had seriouse issues with my boss. He didnt stand for that, service and quality were his big 2's. To go from my wawa to this location and see how horribly different it is makes me never want to set foot in there again. Any other wawa I go to I am never late bc I am not waiting in lines for 15 min or longer or for my items. Any other wawa I have been to may not be perfection but its service I can call quality. Some more than others but never have I seen service this bad. Teach your employees how to service their customers and not say "oh #### i forgot" to its customers. I dont think asking for quality service is alot to ask nor is a breakfast sandwich.

breakfast scrambled egg and bacon bowl platter
I ordered the 3 scrambled eggs, bacon and rye toast platter from the location on the corner of 1120 E Veterans Hwy in Jackson NJ. When I got to work it seemed as if there was maybe 1½ eggs if that in the platter. I did here bickering behind the food counter and the woman stated they were low on eggs. I would rather wait or be told to reorder then be given half my order I paid for. I normally do not go to this wawa as I live in Brick and prefer that one off Lanes Mill Rd as all the workers are friendly and never had bad service. I was running late and chose this one and was very disappointed.

Today I visited the Wawa in Media, PA on 252 around five o'clock this evening. I ordered a classic size chicken salad hoagie with buffalo sauce on it and it clearly had BBQ sauce instead. I was very disappointed considering I was trying to grab something to eat before my girlfriend had emergency surgery. I am a loyal customer of Wawa and am very annoyed that the employees carelessly made my hoagie when i specifically asked for buffalo sauce.

John, the older gentlemen, on the overnight crew, gas attendant. This gentlemen has cursed and yelled at me informant of customers for the last time. Ave had prior incident's with this gentlemen but have chalked it up to maybe he was having a bad night. Ave told managers before as well but figured ah why go through all the trouble. I offer and show exact change as to not have to go inside to pay, he's refused/ refuses to accept my payment at the pump. While I witness him accepting another customers payment at the pump over from me. It is in the dead of winter in multiple inches of snow, and further explanation to John that my car would not likely start upon shutting it off without a jump readily available, he started freaking out, unnecessarily cursing and slamming the pump itself Into my car, started and then ripped it out and refused to pump. I appear to be one of the only customers he singles out for this because overtime threes multiple cars I'm the only one that is ordered and cursed at like that. Now these incidents have occurred months back, and I regret not writing down the date and time as to get video proof for this incident, but after telling him I, not turning my car off in the middle of the snow he reached in and turned off my car. This gentlemen is almost forcing myself and my family, whom spend thousands of dollars a year at the store to rather take our business elsewhere. Every single time myself or anyone in my family who uses the car always get an attitude, cursing, or just overall nastiness overtime.

The customer service is terrible everyone has an attitude when asked questions no one acts like they want to work there preparation of the food I order all the time is not consistent they say you have to tell them when you print the ticket if you want your hoag meat separated they don't make the bowls like other WAWAS I've been in when ask about the WAWA Lemonade we don't have it if it's a top seller at this loc order more no don't even ask the cashiers they are rolling their eyes like this is a personal store theirs got my salad March 30 brought it home put salad dressing on it this is 10pm salad bad wow to late to take back meat balls lukewarm it meatball sandwich they need more training !
loitering & stalking
The store on Sproul Road in Broomall has an individual who loiters and stares at people walking in and out of the store every weekday morning. He typically arrives around 6:30am and I don't know what time he leaves. He parks in the only non-handicapped parking spot directly in front of the main doors every morning. I have witnessed him park in a handicapped spot and wait until the person parked in the one non-handicapped spot leaves, then he moves his car over to that spot. He is an older man with a full beard, and wears a ball cap and dark tinted glasses even at 6:30 in the morning. He drives a Buick Lacrosse, Pennsylvania license plate # KDM 9811. I have told the manager and other associates how uncomfortable it is that this man sits in his car for long periods of time, watching people coming in an out of the store, all from the same parking spot every weekday. I have asked other customers if they are aware of this man, they have said yes they are aware of him and they also feel uncomfortable. This man is blatantly stalking people and loitering in Wawa's parking lot.

While going into my local WAWA store the other evening I had a very poor experience. I went into the WAWA at 8th street in Brigantine NJ on 3/21/17 at around 8 PM. It looked as if there were around 3 people working with maybe 1 other customer. I ordered a sandwich and proceeded to go pay with my receipt. The lady at the counter on the north side of the building was extremely unprofessional and rude. I thanked her as I always do just trying to be polite. I proceeded to the food counter to get my sandwich and received the same rude and ignorant service. I then thanked the gentleman at that counter also. Only after throwing away 3/4 of my sandwich did I decide to let you know of the situation. I am a loyal customer who enjoys almost all of the products in your store except the poorly made chicken sandwich I had the other night. I am not looking for a refund or a free coffee (Only a trip to Disney will suffice) Just Kidding.. I only want you to know that I will probably not be visiting that store 485 on 8th street and Brigantine Blvd. again.

3/20/17 Wawa in Whiting NJ had no onions for sandwiches, I had no time to go to a different Wawa and my Classic size tuna sandwich was definitely lacking because that store had no onions to add to their sandwiches. I went through the order menu twice thinking I made a mistake but they were not on the menu as an option and when I asked what was up I was told they ran out.
I eat Wawa sandwiches on average at least once a week and have never had this issue.
new buffalo chicken bites and rolls
I went to the local wawa by my work today 3/16/17 with my wife for lunch and got the buffalo chicken bites. I was very disappointed when I open the container and saw that they had been changed. I was optimistic that they would be okay. They actually were horrible. They were dry and had little to no flavor. Please go back to the old style. The part is the fresh baked rolls are horrible. They are hard and always fall apart when you are eating unless they are toasted. So please stop changing things that DO NOT need to be changed.

Today 3/13/17 I went to the Wawa in Bridgeton NJ store 966 at 7 am and ordered a medium mac and cheese. Once I got to work and opened my mac and cheese at brake time to eat it, I found a half full container! Not only was I in shock over only getting half of what I paid for but devastated because I am pregnant and hungry! Your mac and cheese is my number one comfort food.

I went to our local WaWa last evening 3/7/16 @8:30 pm. The store is located 45 minutes from my home. I ordered a macaroni and cheese and an Italian Sub to take for lunch the next day. When I got to the middle of the sub their was a square piece of paper 2x2 size mixed in with the lettuce and condiments. I thought it was a big piece of lettuce and bit into it. I would like my meal replaced for the next time I am in that area. I will also be contacting the store. I am throwing the rest of the sub away as I am afraid of what else I may find in it.
