Classic sandwiches preparation
Yesterday, 7/10/19, my wife, my son and his wife, and myself were going to attend a july 4th celebrations fireworks at " bell works " in holmdel, nj. You can purchase food there or you can bring your own food in and have a picnic. Bringing our own food in was our choice. After some discussion as to where we shoudl purchase the sandwiches, ie, blimpie base, jersey mike's and assorted other delis, we decided to purchase from wawa, as the sandwiches are good and the price is reasonable. I deliberately avoided the noon hours, because of the lunch rush.
We arrived at the wawa in red bank, nj around two o' clock in the afternoon. We entered our information through the automated ordering system, paid for our order and awaited our call for order # 176. Everything that we wanted on the sandwiches was entered on the automated order system and it was verified by the slips. The sandwiches were all wrapped up and ready for pick up.
Much to my disappointment, when we opened the food at the picnic. Three of the sandwiches were missing many items...Onions, xtra oil and vinegar, and tomatoes...
I have always used wawa in the past, but i cannot fathom how this order could be so messed up.
Very unhappy with the food preparation...I would like a refund for the cost of the sandwiches

Staff in the deli was very unprofessional. I wanted a bagel and was greeted with a comment "who gets a bagel it's 12:30? Do they know the time" I've been going to this wawa for years and this might have been my last time going. The staff are more interested in sharing personal stories in the deli for all costumers to hear. If wawa is offering bagel at a certain time I have no idea why staff is taking upon there selves to comment on customers food choices.
Sandwich was not made right
I asked for wheat bread cause I cant have white and get home and its white had to give it to one of my kids to eat and not loading up 3 children to drive 2 miles back to store to get remade. Not vary happy about my experience this is the second time ive gotten a sandwich and it was messed up so im vary unhappy. More than likely wont visit this location again if this keeps happening.
Broken machines
I go into the wawa at Grant ave n Blue grass rd at least 5 times and at least 3x a week they have a broken machine its either their Lottery machine, fountain soda machine, n tonight it was their hoagie ordering screen.I have to walk several long blocks to get to the store so u can imagine how I feel when I get there and I can't get what I want. I'm really considering never going back again.
You don't have to walk at all. You can get Pizza delivered
Chicken caesar salad
This is the third time I have a problem with wawa and their service. I have gotten the chicken Caesar salad and have not received the salad dressing to go with it.
Another time that I ordered the salad, it did not come with the correct salad dressing.
There is no reason for me to drive back to the store for a dressing. They need to be more aware of the orders they are putting together at the store.
Nothing like eating a salad with no dressing or the wrong type of dressing.
Chipped beef bowl
Ordered a chipped beef breakfast bowl and they put the everything in upside down. This is the worst chipped beef I've ever got from wawa. Wawa being right down the street from my work is a go to always but maybe royal farms might not messed up my order. I never have an issue with wawa and that's why I always come to you guys for breakfast and coffee

Hey WAWA,
I love your stores and seek them out but...
Saturday 6-23-19 I bought 2 large sub sandwiches and a Sizzli Bagel turkey sausage, egg white, & cheese sandwich.
The subs were terrific (as usual) but I got pretty sick in my GI tract for the next 20 hours. The other 2 guy I shared the subs with were fine, so I am assuming the breakfast sandwich was the culprit. I noticed it was dated June 21, 9:15 am. I bought it June 22, 8:44 am. That seems like a pretty old sandwich to me. How long are you supposed to be keeping these sandwiches in a heated tray? I have pictures.

Food and beverage!
I order my food and drink off the keypad screen very carefully and I always reread my order before completing it. I got in line to pay for my items, and then went to the pick up station for both my food and beverage. I was given the wrong food and my drink wasn't made and I order it over 10mins before even paying for my food . When I asked for a refund the employee caught an attitude talking about she's late and someone else going have to do it after already being in the store for 30mins and she called the other employee on walkie and she took her time. I got extremely anger and if I don't leave I was going to be late for work. I didn't get any of the items I paid for nor did I get a refund.

I'm a loyal customer of wawa, I gave to be to work at 4:30a mon-fri. Majority of the time I get coffee from this store and it's always cold or they didn't make any. This morning just did it for me. Today makes the third time the either my brand that I drink in the morning isnt ready or other brand is warm. This store is the only store I go to, to get coffee...

My husband and I went in to get a drink and HE was buying juul pods with His debit card etc. CHRISTINE at the service gave us SUCH a hard time cause she had "suspicion" of him buying pods for me? No, that wasn't the fact at all and I even informed her. She insisted on refusing sale TO HIM b.c I didn't have i.d on me. She made me run to my car to get an i.d which I didn't have b.c we were in the middle of moving and I left all my stuff at home. I gave her an expired i.d that i keep for identification when things like this happen. She refused that i.d as well as the line kept growing. She argued with us repeatedly. ALL SHE NEEDED WAS A PHOTO I.D WITH MY BIRTHDAY. WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT A WAWA
brisket bowl
I don't normally complain, but I feel compelled to, today I ordered the brisket sandwich in a bowl, instead of on the bun, for over $6.00, first of all it was pitiful looking, a few small broken up pieces from a slice of cheese, a few spinach leaves? When I went to eat it, it was sickening, the flavors were not right. I could have gotten a delicious, hearty sub in a tub from Jersey Mike's or a rice or salad bowl from Chipotle for $1 more! The one positive was that the staff were friendly and quick with making the order. I will likely not be ordering food from Wawa again.
Nobody is forcing you to buy it again. Consider it a lesson learned and order something else next time.

Went in to wawa.on.memorial day got to register Reached into my pocket for money and dropped my phone.on floor didn't realize i had done this till got.to.my car .soon as.I got.to didn't have my phone so I walked right back in to see if I could find like 800 dollar phone to go counter.they tell me yes manger has phone . So says he put it in his pocket I'm thinking great gonna get my phone back but no.then he say he must have put it on the register looks can't find it .if someone gives you a list phone.you don't just leave it out in the open for somebody else.to take.it.called back several times want.back to see main manager kinda rude back enough i lost very expensive phone really should have better policy wen it comes to something like this

Was at the super Wawa in Pennsville Nj at 10pm on 5/31/19, i was the only car at the gas pumps I waited 10 minutes for the guy to come out of the little building they sit in at the pumps. Once he finally decided to work and pump me gas I then went inside order food and got in line...one register open and that line was almost all the way back to the sodas! Finally once I paid there was tons of us waiting still for food, they were not calling numbers as the finished making food. Everyone in going through the food to see if it was there's or not. I'm sure you can see the mess of this on camera. Absolutely horrendously run store. Never had a good experience there and that was the last time I will be to that store. Shame
The food issue sounds just disgusting. Common sense should dictate the employee call out the orders so people get what they ordered and no one is pawing through someone else's food.
No, shame on YOU for leaving car in front of pump while going in store! That's ignorant because later at night, we know how they put cones in front of at least 2/3 of the pumps! So then people have to sit outside and wait for your [censored] to get back to your car!
waffle bowl
The worst waffles I've ever had. And the picture of the waffle bull when you go to order it shows bacon and it doesn't even come with it. Now I'm at work pissed off with no breakfast and super hungry! I've wasted my time and my money and I will not be doing that again! And let's not mention the fact that everybody looks completely miserable working there.
deli service
I regularly use Wawa.My main store is Audubon Nj and Lawnside and have no complaints.But recently over the last few months I have started using the locations at 2999 Evesham Rd in Voorhees Nj on my way to work.It has happened everytime I have been in so wanted to bring it to someones attention.When you order an item from the deli, I finish my other shopping, stand in line and pay for my order and at any other wawa my food is then ready at the deli counter when I am done so I can pick up and go.At this location it doesn't matter if the are busy or dead they don't seem to start your order until you have paid for it so you end up standing there anyway and people who ordered after you end up in line in front of you if they paid first ETC.There are times I am almost late for work its a poorly run system.Today I finished paid and stood there while someone restocked cups before starting my quinoa bowl that should have been done when I got there since there wasn't any other customers in the store.
fruit salad
Yesterday I purchased a small fruit salad from WaWa located at 4030 Concord Pike, Talleyville, DE 19803.
My complaint is that I purchased a $3.29 fruit salad with apples, grapes, pineapple, and mango. The mango was not edible. I didn't go back to the store, because I ate the other fruit, and pretty much figured they were't responsible for packaging the products.
Whoever the vendor is, needs to be aware consumers do not like to be ripped off with products they can not consume. I couldn't eat that mango even if I had wooden teeth.

lack of communication
I went into Wawa this morning to get a sandwich special order. I asked the young lady behind the food counter how long it would take for my order, in which she replied "5 -6 minutes " which was fine by me. I needed to be at work by 9 and had a few extra minutes. After about 10 minutes, I asked about the sandwich, no one knew where it was. the other person behind the counter had apparently taken it out and placed it with all the other sandwiches. needless to say I left without my order and was late to work. I was not a happy camper!
Soft pretzels
We just stopped at Wawa on Veterans Hwy just below Baltimore MD to get refreshments and soft pretzels and every pretzel in the place was burnt. We did buy a couple because we purposely stopped for them but we're surprised they would have gotten thru quality control as the bottoms were black. Do you provide any compensation in the form of coupons or anything for bad product?
most of the pretzels seem to be that way...they come from an outside source. Sometimes they are really light and chewy (the best). I usually only get the pretzels so I know they are overdone sometimes. Still taste ok, just not as chewy. Just eat it, and check it next time!
If you return the food I see why not. If you eat the food, you should not get anything.

On April 27, 2019, my husband and I stopped for gas at Wawa #698 in Hopewell, VA on our way home to Pennsylvania from Florida. We believe the gas pump had a skimmer device on it. Within a day after using that pump, our credit card was attempted to be used for a $1, 200 online transaction with a company we've never heard of. Luckily, the bank called us immediately to alert us and the transaction did not go through. However, we just learned that on May 7th someone in Virginia had all United States Postal Service mail in my husband's name be changed to an address in Virginia Beach. We are certain that this is related to the credit card/skimmer incident. The credit card that my husband used was only used to purchase gas and a hotel room in North Carolina. Because of this mail fraud incident, we lost several purchases that were to be delivered as well as any mail that we would have received over that period of time. That mail included replacement credit cards for my husband and myself. This situation would have been much worse had we not stopped the mail and put a hold on those credit cards...again. We also had to enroll in a credit card protection program due to the possibility of future ID fraud related to this incident.
