chicken tenders are gross
I come from the chicken industry and I know quality. The WaWa chicken tenders are 100% skin, tissue, and trim meat. Zero white meat. For over $5 I would hope to get one bite of breast or tender meat, instead I got a taste of emulsified chicken flesh. Didn't even look like rib meat. Horrible. Never again. I never thought I would live a day where I'd say I should have gone to McDonald's.

I purchased a WAWA Classic Italian hoagie today, April 3, 2019 @ 12:19p.m. (transaction #9924131)…. BIG mistake. Strangely, the "hoagie" did not have a "build" list paper attached AND it felt HOT inside the wrapper - as if was a meatball sandwich - took it home and refrigerated ASAP. Later, took it out of frig to eat - the roll was VERY HARD, hoagie was not cut in half, looked disgusting. I immediately took it back to the place of purchase: store #08066 / York Rd., Jenkintown, PA. I spoke with the Store Manager, who offered to make replacement. Not wanting to eat a WAWA hoagie from THIS LOCATION, I took a cash refund instead. For my time, gas and having to drive 6 miles round-trip to return this garbage, plus the disappointment of being without a meal, I felt that WAWA could have done a lot better with "customer satisfaction" than what I was offered. At the very least, a refund and a coupon for a FREE replacement should have been offered. A longtime customer - I am extremely turned off - close to being a "former" customer at this point.
panhandlers begging for money
Every day there's a guy out there holding the door waiting for you to get your change and then he holds the door open for you and begs for money very disturbing very irritating I wish you guys would ask panhandlers to move on it's it's making my Wawa experience very disturbing it's not a pleasant experience any more going to the Wawa on Rolling Road in Windsor Mill because of the pan Handler can you please ask him to move on or at least offer him a job
That wasn't panhandler, it was an employee. It's the only way they can get a raise.
shorty hoagies
Yesterday my husband picked up two shorty hoagies and when we opened them there was no lettuce, tomatoes or onions. He said the girl making them was so busy talking that she forgot to put them in the sandwich...to me that is what makes a hoagie...very disappointing. I like your food and this was the first time I thought a complaint was needed. As I said I love your breakfast sandwiches and many of the other things you sell but I wound up eating only a bite of the sandwich. The date was Saturday, April 20, 2019 and the WAWA was on route 309 in Colmar, PA.

Some of the chicken on the wrap was very chewy or tough. I got through most of it because I'm hungry on my lunch break but the piece in the picture was too tough to chew. Also the entire thing was very dry. Tasted good but dry and chewy chicken. Like I said I was hungry on my lunch break so I did eat most of it but I probably won't recommend it or buy it again. Sorry.
the staff behind the food prep counter
This Wawa Aramingo Avenue branch has very poor customer service! I was trying to get 15 Sizzlis in the morning. They only had 9 ready for purchase. I asked if they could make me 6 more. The girl working there told me they will make those in 4 minutes. I paid for the 15 Sizzlis. I was waiting for more than 3 minutes but no one is making them! Note that there were few customers that morning. So, I told one of them. I was told 4 minutes. But I have been standing there for more than 4 minutes! I told this girl I had been there for a while. (Another girl told me it was supposed to be 5 minutes. Uh, what is going on?). The girl that I had spoken to previously that I had been waiting there for a while gave me the attitude! She went to the inner kitchen and started talking about me! How's that for great customer service? Then I asked for the manager. The girl called her and told her in a rude manner, "Well, she's complaining about waiting for 4 minutes. I was running late for a breakfast meeting but I returned to Wawa and returned all the Sizzlis I bought. That is not a good way to start the morning. Really disappointed.
wow, they went over the 4 minute mark? I think you should take it to the Action News team! Every store should have 15 sizzlis ready in the early morning hours when its not busy...yes, every store! Its sad that society has turned into a "snap your fingers and rush to my entitled need" kind of place. If I'm late for work or anywhere else because I stopped at Wawa, I NEVER blamed it on wawa...my own damn fault.
no-wawa double dutch chocolate milk
No more wawa brand of double dutch chocolate milk available at any wawa locations. This is a problem. Many customers are looking for this item. Why is this not available for purchase at wawa locations? Need to know when this will be available again in a wawa store for purchase? This was one of the best products that wawa sold. It would also be great to purchase this item in a larger size also.

20 years I've bin a customer of your store with no problem. I've had orders mixed up got wrong change back still never complained. That all ends today. The wawa on rout 47 in Millville NJ across from target has the most ignorant customer service employee ive ever met. If she hates her job that much that she has to suck her teeth to go get the right cigarettes I asked for the first time than find another job. It sucks that someone like that would even be considered to deal with the public. She ruined a long standing record between your company and my patronage. May not mean anything to you but it disappointed me.

The deli employees need to be more aware what they are doing with they are making a customers food to insure there are no mistakes made with the food item that is ordered.
looks yummy! Bacon is loaded with cholesterol. They were simply trying to keep you alive longer. I'd thank them.

When I received my food today, I was very disappointed. I requested extra cheese on my junior hoagie I only got one piece, and both cups of mac n cheese were halfway filled. I requested for them to fix it but I received an attitude and the young guy fixing the sandwiches lied and said he put extra cheese. I then spoke with Nicholas the manager, he basically tried to brush me off, not very helpful at all. Never once tried to fix the problem. Nicholas may need a job as a regular cashier or something because he is definitely not manager material.
meatball sandwich
Nottingham store. Husband had to wait as usual for meatballs to be ready. Attaching photo of meatball sandwich which has cheese, pieces of tomato skin and meatballs which are not the usual meatballs. What happened to having tomato sauce on it? Is this the new norm for a meatball sandwich, different meatballs with no sauce? If it is, then tonight was the last one we will ever purchase.

Wawa store on Hull St. about 14000 block in Midlothian, Va. Young male preparing food not focused on his tasks. Was wearing gloves per food prep protocol but picking up his cell phone with gloves on and then touching my food with his contaminated glove. Also, customer returned during my waiting and had to return the item he received because it was the wrong item.
The young workers these days must be held accountable for taking an apathetic approach to performing their tasks.

The young male was about 19 years old; wore glasses and was working this morning at 7:30 AM when I stopped before work.
I would like for this young man to complete a training session through the Virginia Department of Health for proper food handling procedures and a copy of his training certificate emailed to me for proof Wawa is taking this problem with food handling serious. Thank You.
