On Oct 5 I had two orders .one was credited . My order #313 was not it was a steak w extra cheese a red apple w peanut butter and chips.Plus a cheese melt panini pluses a medium tomato soup I check out w your nice employee Rose. Total was 29. And change.I used a coupon for a free soup plus a 2.oo off for a short sub. I payed with my credit card . My phone # is [protected]. I go to your store almost every day. I like getting credits. All of the employees in your store are great 👍.

Terrible website
I have tried to sign in to the Wawa app a number of times after they denied my password that had previously been accepted. I lost a reward today because I couldn't sign in again. This is about 5 times now. The website, along with the people who created it, is horrible and I have had numerous complaints from Wawa employees who agree that it is an embarrassment. It is very slow and you could graduate from college before that bird stops flapping its' wings. There a large number of people who love Wawa, like myself, that would love to see a website worthy of the reputation of the Wawa stores that do a great job daily. I truly hope that a supervisor (who really believes in customer service) answers this complaint. It is about time that management recognize that quality is not just products in your stores but a desire to create a website that people can use, enjoy and be proud of.
Desired outcome: Create a customer friendly website that is fast, easy to use and provides a check button to verify your password BEFORE submitting it. Surprise us and work on that.

My Name is Linda A. Harris, I was in the Newark, DE area a few nights ago, stopped at a WAWA, for Gas & a Sandwich. 601 Ogletown RD Newark, DE 19713.
The Young Lady preparing my Sandwich decided to Sneeze, while she was preparing my food. It was absolutely disgusting. Not only was she not wearing
a Face Mask, she got totally upset when I asked her to prepare another one.
She did in fact make another one, but again was very rude in the process.

Potential products
I have requested that store #857 carry smokeless tobacco products such as Cougar Long Cut Natural, Grizzly Long Cut Natural, and Grizzly Extra Long Cut Natural numerous times. Reason being is they only carry one Grizzly Natural product which is the Snuff. That is way too messy to use and less enjoyable. Also, in my opinion, they should replace those products with the two Kodiak Naturals being that they are from the same company. They are also more affordable options. I talked to a manager and called the customer service number multiple times.

2nd Time I found hair in the food.
On September 20, 2022, at approximately 6:50 A.M., I went to the Wawa located at 15809 Jefferson Davis Highway, Woodbridge. I ordered 2 beef/egg/cheese subs for breakfast. I paid a little over $15.00 for both. I unwrapped my sub 5 minutes later when I arrived at the office and found hair as an added topic. Disgusted I threw everything away.
This is not the first time. Folks need to wear some type of netting for facial or head hair.!
Incorrect order
My family ordered food from the Wawa in North Cape May on 9/14/22 at 4:20. When we received our food my order was wrong. I went back to have them remake it and the guy proceeded to make it wrong again till I corrected him. Went back to same wawa on 9/15/22 got 2 cheeseburgers and a burrito, 1 cheeseburger came out fine second one was missing tomatoes which the girl making our food decided to not remake but give my husband tomatoes in a cup and the lettuce on burger was not washed and looked old. My burrito wasn't even folded properly just thrown in the bag with everything pouring out of it. Manager was rude and not professional at all I spent over $20 for all that food
Lack of choices
Went to the Wawa on route 10 in Chester next to 295. 5 pm Thursday and there were no choices on the screen. I asked the girls that were standing by the coffee machines talking why couldn’t I get a mango smoothie or a chicken burrito bowl. Her response was that they weren’t staffed enough. I turned around to leave and noticed no customers in the store. Went to Sheetz.
Desired outcome: Have employees that aren’t too lazy to work hard. They didn’t even try to keep th full or even partial menu open.
Your sandwiches and staff
How come every time I go to a Wawa store and I get either a turkey or Italian sub with lettuce onion tomato spinach grated Parmesan oregano pepper salt and yet every time they always forget to put on the damn spinach topping. I don't know if your people cannot understand what is printed out or maybe they're just illiterate because I never get spinach on my sandwich but yet I'm paying for it. My order number was 957 and I was at the Princeton New Jersey store. This is also happened to me on multiple occasions at the Maplewood store in New Jersey. I have spoken to the manager over there but nothing was done about it. I feel I should just go to quick check because at least they get their sandwich right 99% of the time
Desired outcome: I would like this to be resolved and maybe I get a coupon for a free sandwich or something because this is ridiculous. I feel nothing is being done about this even at the managerial level.
Harassment of a senior buying tobacco
0945pm, Sept 07, 2022.
Young male cashier harassed me for ID with DOB to purchase tobacco.
I am 67 years old. I was also wearing a Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control
(VA ABC) shirt as I had just gotten off work.
I informed him that seniors do not need to provide birthdate proof. The law states that "Anyone who appears to be under the age of 30 years old must be asked to provide legal proof of age".
He began to argue with me and stated that I "should knoiw better since I work for the ABC". I told him that I absolutely know better an he is not required to ID EVERYBODY, just those who appear to be under 30.
This is a Common Sense law!
I will be contacting the Manager there and Corporate Wawa. This is not the first time this has happened at this store on W. Broad St, Richmond, VA. I suspect either the Mgr or Corporate is training the employees incorrectly.
Desired outcome: Proper ID training according to State an Federal law an a change of policy ASAP.
Unauthorized credit card charges.
On 8/5/22 I proceeded to obtain gas from a WAWA on Grant Ave & Krewstown Rd. There was a man at the pumps trying to pump gas for others. He had an orange rubber glove on like he worked at WAWA. After I pumped my gas myself he came over & took the nozzle & said he would take care of it & put it back & put my lid on my gas tank. I was so nervous I just left & didn't take my receipt. Before I left I looked up at the amount of $$ the gas cost & it said an estimate of $61.00. I was low on gas & I filled it up. And then I quickly left before that man asked me for money!
When I received my bill from my credit card co. the amount of money for that gas fill up was $95.19. There was no way I could've spent that much money on gas & I never go inside to purchase anything.
When I tried to dispute it with my C/C co, they needed more tangible evidence, & told me to contact WAWA.
I would like to be re-imbursed for the $30.00 plus dollars that man or someone took from me.
The pump, I was on was: if you are standing on Grant Ave. facing WAWA store the pump I used was on the far left, 1st pump.
And please see why there is someone standing at the pumps trying to pretend they work for WAWA & stealing peoples money!

Being cut by broken Glass in Wawa parking lot
Hello my name is Steven Igielski my email is [protected]@gmail.com and phone number is [protected]. So on September 3rd at approximately 9:30am I went into the Wawa store located in New Jersey on route 42 in between Fries Mills road and Watson drive and when I was leaving walking through the parking lot there was a lot of thick broken glass which I believe was from some sort of liquor bottle and when I was passing by a piece of the glass kicked up and cut the back of my leg I went back into the store I told somebody about it and recommended that somebody go out and clean it up before somebody else gets hurt or a car gets damaged. Unfortunately I then went back outside and waited where all the broken glass was and after about 10 minutes nobody had still come out to clean it up and that is the only reason why I'm filing this complaint. I also have pictures that I'm going to try to attach of the glass and the cut on my leg. In the moment I didn't think to get the woman's name that I reported it to but she was working in the deli and I'm sure if I went in and described her everybody would know who she is. I have been shopping at Wawa my entire life I actually grew up right around the corner from the very first Wawa in Port Richmond Philadelphia(from what I was told it's the first one) and I would appreciate a response thank you very much.
Desired outcome: to ask me where it was so they could clean it up. And thought I'd get a thanks/apology for reporting it and showing her leg. It's not a serious injury but you never know what could evolve from it.
gas charge/$ 75.00 hold on card for 7 days!
August 30th @ 8:30 am.went to wawa this morning. Got 20 bucks of gas on my debit card and spent 40 bucks in store. when i went to get money out of the atm my trans was denied. i called my bank and there was a 75.00 hold on my card for 7 days for a 20.00 gas purchase! my bank said there was nothing they could do because wawa has a 75.00 hold for pending charge. when i called wawa they told me only my bank could release the funds and they would note my claim. i just received my unemployment and that is all the money i have for the week. the gas attendant did not tell me that a hold would be put on the card. once the trans was completed for 20.00 why still hold 75.00? what makes this trans any different than when you go and make a purchase anywhere? wawa could easily take off the pending charge but instead make me go back and forth with them and my bank with no outcome. very disappointed in wawa. my family and i go to wawa every day and spend alot of money in gas and goods. we will taking our business elsewhere if this is not resolved today.
Desired outcome: take hold off my card and to treat gas purchases like any other transaction.
Wawa gas station corner of Park Ave and rt 130 pennsauken,nj
I am filing this complete because this is the third time that this has happened to me at the gas station. I am a Caucasian woman with not a racist bone in my body.
Three times now on separate occasions dealing with the same gas operator a young African-American gentleman has let other African-American patrons cut me off make fun of me with them tamper with my gas and I have always been courteous until this last third time that is the most racist gas station I have ever encountered with Wawa. I feel victimized, I feel bullied because of my sex and race and you can clearly tell what kind of atmosphere it is because as soon as you pull up I hear the most offensive rap music blasting with the n word and have talked to other people and they say they have been treated the same way that the pumpers of gas cater to people that have the same skin color as they do and treat the rest of us like we deserve the last service and it is okay to be yelled at berated and laughed at by patrons of the same origin I am ready to give up on all Wawa's and their gas stations because of this I want that boy fired and I want to be compensated for time, gas emotional distress victimization because I already have PTSD and I will take this to the highest ranks and will be calling Fox News thank you for your time.
Desired outcome: All employees of the pump and cashiers get new training on how to treat diverse patrons. No allowing blasting offensive racial slur music to where everybody can hear it outside in the gas station area. Fire the young man who coerces.
Losing mobile order twice in a row
I always order on the mobile app and never had a problem until last week. This was at store #5276. I ordered on 8/9 @6:26am order #627. My coffee was ready but my food wasn't. I asked about it and they looked at me like I was crazy. They said they didn't have it and had to make it. They told me 5 minutes and I waited over 15 minutes making me 13 minutes late to work. Same thing happened today 08/18. My order was #403 and I ordered at 6:19am to be ready ASAP at 6:30am. My coffee was ready but not my food. I asked about my food and they again said they didn't have it. The lady behind the counter asked the cook where my sandwich was and he said "No, I didn't make one. Why? Do I need one?" This was the same cook as last time. They told me 5 minutes again and I waited over 10 making me 5 minutes late to work again. Obviously my order went through, because my coffee was ready and waiting both times. I'm not sure if there is a glitch in the system that when they clear out my coffee it clears the food as well. Maybe someone took my sandwich or they're just not paying attention, but this can't keep happening.
Desired outcome: It's incredibly inconvenient that I have to wait for my food after ordering 15-20 minutes ahead of time. The manager needs to figure out what's going on, because their staff looks clueless like they never saw my order to make it.
Food complaint

I ordered a salad this morning for my lunch at work. It was 6:20am a mobile order for pick up at 4662 bensalem blvd. bensalem pa location.
The romaine lettuce was not cut at all! It was like they pulled it off the bunch and threw it in the bowl. I have a picture of two napkins laid out with the huge lettuce leafs spread out.
Is this how they are trained to make the salad? Or are they trained to cut it up first?
I was unable to enjoy my lunch!

Really you can’t take a second to rip up your lettuce but you have the time to make a complaint … it really is disgusting how customers treat employees nowadays. An employment issue
Good morning to the individual reading this. I have an issue concerning me getting my job back after my father passed away. I must start this letter from the very very beginning of things bc it has always been not okay. I started my training at Wawa in Jefferson on route 15. My training was scattered between three weeks. Because they do not have the time so it was only basic computer work. Nothing further than that. When I was in my training as well as my interview I explained that I needed to work only nights train only nights because I am a stay at home mother of children and am unable to make it into the store.
My words that were emphasized were not heard because I was told I have to work evenings. I went to great length to accommodate this request because he said he really needed me to try to do this. So I did it for the first week and then a second week and I had a lot going on. It only did I have ALOT going on but then my truck battery dies and the. I needed a new air filter but I my truck kept dying in the way to work so I thought it had to do with the engine or battery. Either way I had to have the manager jump my truck to make it home after the days that were missed working bc of the issue. I had continued to try and accommodate Mike at the store who made me work and other week at evenings. I tried exposing that people have stuff going on that others do t so evening FO NOT WORK FOR ME.. I had to call out here or there I’m unsure of dates but my point was that he kept me in evenings for a while when I was not able to do it as it was. And the. Over nights had come and my father passed away. I told Mike from the rip that I’m going to need the next week or two off and he said ok. So I left and didn’t call. I was reprimanded for not calling saying I was trying to abandon my job. ? He said I need to make a call out every single day that I am out and then tried firing me while I was gone for funereal of my father. This is completely illegal by the way I must add but he said I didn’t have the time in to take the time off.
So I asked Mike if there was a way that I could leave with mutual agreement of me getting my job back and he. Said yes his is where my problem lies. I am not getting my job back and I ask you what am I supposed to do now? I need my job back.I’ve waited a whole month after the Wawa opened in Augusta to hear back and say they skipped on my application. I need somebody to contact me back immediately if possible so we can discuss this because I don’t know what to do and I have children. I have no income. And I didn’t apply to any other places because I was told I was getting my job back
Chicken Salad
Don't buy chicken salad from Wawa. I had a 3/4" bone in mine that broke my tooth and I had to have it pulled. Wawa did nothing for me, just passed it off to their chicken purveyor insurance company.
No integrity and they do not stand behind their products.
Don't buy processed foods from Wawa - eat at your own risk. I have heard nothing, zero from Wawa. I even copied them on correspondence from the insurance company, zero feedback - nothing.
Wawa is in business to make money and damn the outcome. No apology, no contact, no interest.

Employees mocked me for being a regular
Hi, I would often drive over to Wawa at 211 Tuckerton Road, Medford NJ 08055 for a sandwich around noon weekdays. There are 3 employees in their early 20s, 1 female and 2 male, who began to continually mock me for ordering the same sandwich each time. I had a Wawa credit card that I cancelled last June. Before I cancelled it I made sure to have all charges paid, including a charge for $3.80 that appeared after I paid all other charges. Since than Wawa has insisted that I still owed $39.55 even though I sent them a copy of a bank statement showing the charge was paid electronically on May 3. They ignored my bank statement. I sent the same info to CEO Chris Gheysens, including the bank statement, on June 8. It, too, was ignored. I guess he doesn't deal with the "little people" that pay the bills. I tried calling the phone number listed on your website 3 times and all I got was a recording saying that Wawa no longer used that number for incoming calls. The last time I looked Wawa had increased that bill of $39.55 to over $70. Wawa doesn't read their mail and evidently does not believe they can make an error.
Desired outcome: I would like to have my credit balance cleared and all derogatory marks cleared from my credit report.
Bad customer service left customer waiting in front of cashier
I came to Wawa at Sterling Va to get gas. I waited in front of the register for 6-8 min with no worker behind the register to take my cash to pump gas. Three other customers came by and two used self check out. Finally the third and fourth customer went near the food station and immediately the cashier came out?! Would he be monitoring his cashier station and not wait for customer to get pissed and ask him to come out?!
Desired outcome: Good customer service means being prompt when customers need your service and wait until you like coming out to serve.
