Incorrect order
My ticket number was 684 at the 08071 area code Wawa on Woodbury/Glassboro road in Sewell NJ. My sandwich was not made right. I ordered a tuna shorti with lettuce and pickles. When I go to eat my sandwich is was tuna made with lettuce tomato and onion
Service
It is with great displeasure to stand in a long line and watch a senior lady walk up to get cigarettes without associate, Sue allowing her to bust in front of everyone else, Sue claim not to have seen the line. Lies, I walked up to advise both of them that we are waiting in line. She and her manager claim to not have known this lady bust in line. But I did tell them face to face. They disregarded all the other customers.

Dirty Floors at Wawa
Everyday I go the Wawa on Salem Road and Sunset Road, Burlington NJ 08016. I enjoy the coffee but the store is dirty. The outside doors are filthy and the floors are a disgrace for a food store and the fact that Covid is still here. I did mention this to the workers on duty but it continues to remain the same. I have attached a picture. Also I saw a little girl in the store with no shoes.
Desired outcome: Outside doors and windows should be wiped down daily and the floor should be mopped and /or cleaned daily. Maybe Wawa should even consider replacing the floor in this store, it’s gross!!!!
Coffee,Associates not making drink orders
When I was at Wawa,there was no coffee made.The associate was in the process of making it. While it was going, she filled my mug up.I added sugar and cream, the coffee tasted awful. I wanted to get a custom made milkshake for my son ,but they were not fixing any. The area was closed .I understand that everyone is short handed on staff. The incident happened around 3:30-4:00AM. They were more worried about talking among themselves. I was end there this morning around 4:30,I ordered a milkshake, but, they couldn't fix it because they started cleaning the machine.
Desired outcome: I would like to let someone know that I was unhappy with the service that I received.It is not very often this happens.
Treatment of customer
So I had to stop and get gas and all I had was $15 dollars with me so when the gas attendant came to the window I stated $15 regular and cash
He repeated $15 and again I stated yes $15 regular cash
He walks away and I proceeded to get my money out. I turn and look at the pump and I see 50. When he came to the window I said I told him 15 and he said oh I thought you said 50. I told him that was all I had so he went in to get a manager. When they came out and it was not right away. She says to me that he repeated three times and I stated no he did not. She then stated to me about paying the 50 and I stated again I only have 15
I stated to her that he was not concentrating to me but to the music. I ask if she would like me to come pay it on Friday when I get paid and she stated no. I also stated if I was out to screw anyone I could have left without paying any money but instead I stayed till they came to give them the $15. She took my plate down which upsets me because I didn't do anything wrong.

To whom it may concern: I am sending this letter to you because I need help resolving an issue at work. On June 27.2022 I went to my gm to ask her why she cut my hours from 36-27 and she says to me that I am unhappy and miscible working here and that I can give great service at times then other times I don't. I have been through hell in back in one year. I lost my sister in Feb, my mother in March and my husband in Dec so how am I supposed to feel. I have been working with Patti from internal care who is always there for me if I need someone to talk to, so I do not understand how my GM can tell me what my life is supposed to be. If I stay at the hours, I am getting I will lose my benefit's not be able to pay my bills since I am on my own now. I just need to see how to work this problem out and get my hours back. I come to work on time and leave on time. I work other departments in the store if they need help. I have been there for over 6 years without taking a vacation, only time off for medical and know my customers by name I get along with everyone and do what needs to be done. I have worked in OWS by myself with know help and still is able to get it done. I just don't know why this happening to me. Please if you can help me work this out I would really apricated it. The food I ordered
I order dinner every night from wawa and this is the worst sandwich ever. No meat and the bread hard as a rock!
Problems with mac and cheese bowl and butter roll
I had ordered a Mac and cheese bowl with pulled pork and bbq sauce. There was barely any pulled pork and a little drizzle of bbq sauce. The roll I asked for extra butter and there was barely any butter on it. I had ordered this meal at 6:08 pm in Levittown pkwy drive in Levittown Pennsylvania. Approval # 816829
Cashier declined coupon
I have a coupon for Marlboro smokes every wawa excepts it no problem but the willow Grove Wawa asked the manager to come over stopping the line he had people in line behind me go to another when the manager came over checked out my coupon and said it was fine he got upset then wouldn't allow my niece to use it on her purchase saying he feel we doing a scam ok now I no the boy don't like us because his friend don't like us because we are black so I send my white bf in the next time ..guess what no problem with the coupon but I just went in this pass Friday and he said he not taking the coupon this is 100 percent racist.everyway take this coupon but this racist Wawa this is wrong

got a nice surprise an Italian sub.
Sandwich was order after 9:00 am. On July 8,2022 with two other subs for my family.
Desired outcome: Maybe a gift card to pay for the hero I did not get.

Unauthorized credit card charges
hello ,
on june 26,2022 their is a charge on my cc for $.174.25.
for gas, at a station I was not at. I did purchase gas at an other station oon the 25th not for $174.25. this the second time this happened at a wawa gas station at different locations, with different cards. the last time it was for $125.00.My bank looked into it . It was unauthorized charge. seems the card readers are hacked for it to happen at 2 different location. these location are in new jersey.

Unauthorized transaction
on Friday June 17th 2022 at store 8172 there was an unauthorized transaction in the amount of $100.00. At this time I was getting gas which costed $35.37, this transaction was approved. While pumping gas I was checking my back account and noticed this $100.00 transaction which I did not complete nor did I authorize it. This occurred at Wawa Store #08127 Wawa 225 A Levittown Parkway, Levittown, PA 19054.

I work at wawa and I’m almost seven months pregnant told my supervisor I had to use the bathroom and it was poop all over the floor so someone could clean it up I can’t stomach the smell I was ignored I held my pee for almost a hour and the issue was not resolved so I left I was not going to stand there and pee on myself this happened at 4am on 6/20/2022 at store 8009
chicken noodle soup
Macarthur Rd. Whitehall, Pa store gave me a large soup without any soup in it, nothing but broth. This is a constant theme at these establishments, I pay almost $5 for a soup and get nothing but broth at least half of the time. It's absolutely ridiculous, how hard is it to get a ladle with a strainer in it so this issue is eliminated. You owe me a large soup. Order #106 June 20, 2022

Ladies bathroom nasty
I stopped at the Wawa on Rt 322 & Lambs Road in New Jersey. Sorry I don't know the name of the town, this morning. I do know that I was very disgusted with how nasty the ladies bathroom was. You should be as concern about how sanitized the bathrooms are as well and the washing of the hands to keep the germs down. I could not wait to get back to my office to write this complaint.

June 1st 2022, 7:30am... I order a large cup of soup which the lid ended up coming off and spilling hot soup on my hand. Then as I was putting it in the truck the lid came off again and spilled on my carpet. So now I guess I'm stuck with the bill of cleaning my carpet. The food containers and lids are very weak. NO matter how you hold hot liquid containers, they just squish and cap comes off. No way to pick it up without spilling on self or floor.
Desired outcome: I'd like for you to fix the problem. All your hot foods....Soup or the pasta bowls have weak containers. lids do not stay on. I'd also like for you to pay my cleaning bill which probably won't happen.
Regular coffee
On the 29th of May 2022 at approximately 6:30 a.m. I purchased a regular 12oz coffee for $1.97. I stop here on average five days a week. This morning I was highly disappointed to sip my coffee on way to work and it was hot water with a hint of coffee in it. Could not drink it at all. Normally during the week the coffee is fantastic. Weekends is hit a miss.
