My handicapped boyfriend and I went to the Tullytown Pa Store in October to get coffee in the morning. My boyfriend has a prosthetic leg and cannot bend his other leg and limps badly. My boyfriend tripped when he got to the counter to pay and spilled a few drops of coffee on to the counter and into the bag that was open for groceries. Danielle rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed and acted as if he spilled the entire cup of coffee. She spent almost 60 seconds taking paper towels and wiping the counter as if coffee was everywhere. Very rude attitude. Continued to roll her eyes when we were trying to pay. And didn’t take the money until she made a point of making it seem like he put her out by spilling the little bit of coffee.?She didn’t respond when he apologized and we thanked her for the change and again she did not respond. She another time kept on a conversation with her boyfriend while I was trying to pay for my coffee and made me wait until she was finished her conversation. She should not be working with the public with that attitude especially towards handicapped people.
Desired outcome: Store 8127Danielle should be doing other jobs that Don not involve customer contact

Wawa - Unauthorized transaction
on Friday June 17th 2022 at store 8172 there was an unauthorized transaction in the amount of $100.00. At this time I was getting gas which costed
$35.37, this transaction was approved. While pumping gas I was checking my back account and noticed this $100.00 transaction which I did not complete nor did I authorize it. This occurred at Wawa Store #08127 Wawa 225 A Levittown Parkway, Levittown, PA 19054.
Desired outcome: I would like my money back and for there to be a further investigation into this wawa as the store manager on duty was rude when I went inside and voiced my concerns asking for my money back.
