management
The past few times I have visited the wawa at SR 60 and St. Cloud in Valrico FL have been disturbing. There is prostitution going on inside and outside the facility. Management is aware and still always them to conduct business while in the store and in front of children. If there aren't steps taken to correct the issue I will no longer go to that wawa and make my friends and family aware of what is so boldly aloud to continue. I hope your able to provide better management and security for your customers than what is currently in place.
sandwiches
I just went to the Wawa located in North Wales, PA & the meat on my turkey sandwich tasted liked sour milk. Also, the bacon I received on my sandwich was raw. The ratio of lettuce & other condiments on my sandwich next to how much meat was on the roll was completely disproportional. The only thing that was mediocre about my sandwich was the classic wheat roll.
filthy
WAWA store 111 on limekiln pike is brand new but you wouldn't know it with the trash outside all around including trash in the grass. The store inside itself stays dirty for a brand new store. Also constant panhandling outside. The store was built inside where I live in Wyngate community and promises was made to keep it clean and I'm worried about crime and property value going down I need WAWA to ensure that this doesn't get out of control
deli
I ordered soup today at the jimmy drive smyrna wawa. After waiting fifteen minutes, watching everyone who ordered after us getting food, being ignored, and watching the associate Eleanor's personal dance party, another associate Kolyn I think his name was, finally acknowledged us and asked what we were waiting for. He quickly got our soup, after checking our ticket. Thankfully there are some attentive associates like Kolyn at this location.
breakfast menu
When I went to wawa this morning I was told that chipped beef gravy was only offered every other day. The employee was extremely rude and standoffish. When I spoke with an employee at a different wawa location she informed me that this was not corporate policy and that I should file a complaint. The staff in the deli were not helpful, slow, and one wasn't even wearing gloves.
iced coffee/coffee setup
Almost every morning my fiancee and I stop at the wawa in Brookhaven, PA on route 352. We stop specifically for iced coffee from the machine and about 90% of mornings we go, the regular iced coffee is empty. We don't have time to wait for it to be changed because it usually takes someone five to ten minutes to do and they give you an attitude about it. I feel like that's something that should be checked, especially in the morning when people are mostly on their way to work and they need to be in and out. I want to also add that the creamers and sugar are almost never replenished either. Just like the coffee, you ask someone for assistance and you either get an attitude or ignored. This is the only wawa on the way to his work that has the iced coffee in the machine and not the cold brew. It's the one we prefer and we spend thousands of dollars a year in gas and other things from wawa and for this to happen just about every morning's tiring and we are also tired of being disrespected.
gas station
So Yesterday I was at Wawa On US 301 On Bloomingdale and me and my friend walked in about to buy a charger. But We Werent at the counter yet and a lady a white lady says is there a officer here. my cousin tells me to go get his wallot i walk out and the officer comes out she is a women and gives me a random pat down she didnt read me my Marinda Rights and she touch me innoproprietly and that Mnger there is unproffessional
employees conduct
I was in the Wawa at 1900 Market Street in Philadelphia PA and I couldn't believe the conduct and that store a young man was using profanity standing around grabbing his Crouch a young woman was using profanity this happened about five or six times I was in the store and it's just unbelievable that the manager didn't say anything or do anything I'm just pissed off at this I had to grab my daughter's ears when time and run out the store with her I've never experienced this before and I Wawa something seriously needs to be done about their conduct and harassment of the customers there I had several people run behind me and get out of the store as quickly as they could a lot of loud talking and screaming obscenities being used and it's just horrible
newspapers
Summer time and only one wawa in all of margate nj. Every sunday the newspapers arrive around 7:30 a. M. At least 20 customers waiting outside each sunsy as delivery each week progessively horrible. This past holiday weekend the paper came at 7:45. The inquirer came but no a.C press at least not until 8:30. No excuses...Just wawa mgmt. Saying ther have no control on the situation,
just yesterday all newspapers were sold out by 11:00 a.M. Summertime is vacation time and timely and more papers are needed. Time for wawa to exercise their business acumen and demand better for their customers.
How is Wawaesop responsible for the local newspaper?
customer service from all aspects!
Employee threatens, argues, curses, gives dirty looks and lies. I was in our local wawa this girl Nicole Baldt should only work in a morgue. I got an ice latte. She told her manager that I threatened her I was going to throw my hot coffee in her face. Wow! She had come to my home threatening my daughters all while in uniform. She can curse you out in the store. The manager knows tjis and so does the area manager. Nothing done We have made numerous complainta and still nothing. Well thats not true...my daughter is now not allowed to ho into that store. We were told by corporate that it is not their problem but a police problem. Haha we are all fooled if you ghink tjis company cares about its faithful customers.
customer service rep ashley andrews
Ms.andrews was very rude and her attitude was very nasty when I asked if my order number was called she made it seem as if my simple request was was too much to ask. I've worked in the customer service Industry for many years and I've never treated a customer like they are worthless. She then proceeed to argue with a women about an order and gave more attitude to another employee who was simply trying to diffuse the situation. I don't think she represents the proper image wawa is trying to show. I will not be taking my bussiness to the lake Worth location anymore
hoagiefest
We had a big work order and went to wawa to get lunch. They were out of both chicken salad and tuna salad. We felt this was crazy as every wawa should be prepared for many orders especially at a new wawa where it's been crazy busy since it opened. ( on rt 4 by Christiana hospital in Newark de).
I love wawa and always eat their deli sandwiches. I feel it's better than most sub shops. But I was disappointed today that they were out of food.
Well you're completely off base with that comment. Yes I work. At a small office. We were getting a total of THREE subs. Wow, guess that's overload. If a wawa can't handle that at lunchtime, then there's a problem.
You're reply was completely not relevant to my complaint.
steak panini
I have gotten this sandwich many times. And I have always received it with a plastic sheet between the sandwich and box to prevent the oil from the sandwich seeping through the box. Wawa 2748-54 Pulaski Hwy., Newark, DE 19702 is consistantly the only one who never includes the plastic sheet as a precaution.
The first time I complained about it to a worker and was told "they don't do that" in reference to adding the plastic sheet. I was given a hard time and finally given a new box with a plastic sheet. (In that instance I'd only made out to the car. )
The second time, I checked my sandwich right after it was handed to me. I asked for a plastic sheet and had to add it myself to prevent a disaster.
This is the third time. I decided to complain because it is obvious that it is a consistent oversight on their part. And that they are unaware of the results when the plastic is not included under the sandwich.
worst gas attendant i've ever dealt with.
Every time I go to the Wawa in Bridgeton NJ on Carl's Corner I see the same gas attendant with the worst attitude. Young man with tattoos, maybe Hispanic. One of my friends just goes to the gas station across the street when she see's him because that's how bad this attitude is. The first time I had an encounter with him I said good morning and he didn't say anything back, he had this mad face on like if he hated his life. When my car was done being pumped he reached into my passenger window with the receipt in his hand without saying one word even after I said thank you. I figured he was probably having a bad day, but I guess he might have a lot of bad days because every time I go he has the same attitude. This older gentleman, who was pumping his gas across from me, and I raised our eyebrows to each other when we both realized this boys attitude was something he gives to all your customers. I have encountered him more than 3 times and I have never even heard him say one word, no "what can I get you" or "what would you like" he just stands there each time until you acknowledge him. I don't even know if he has any teeth or who knows maybe he's mute, but even mutes smile.
customer service complaint
I am filing a customer service complaint I visted your storr before 10am on 6/19/17. My ticket number is 637 I ordered a sandwhich... Particularly a custom honey smd turkey pa with applewood bacon...
I noticed that a few other people were served before me.. Although I placed my order before them... What was very disturbing to me was the fact that they never called my number 637 out loud so I could pick up my sandwhich... Other people orders there number was called out to br heard... So after waiting for a while.. About 10 mim tops... Next thing I know a african american young brown skinned woman made the comment...". Your sandwhich has been sitting therr for a while"... I responded... You never called out my order number... What was even more distrubing was that she had a big smile on her face after I told her you never called out my order number for me to pick up my sandwhich... I just want you to know that I worked customer service jobs in my past... Whereby I know how important it is that every effort should be made to please customers when attending to the customer needs... So they will return to the store again... Thats is good for revenue to be made for the company... Unfortunately because I had an uncomfortable experience such as I written in my complaint I will not visit wawa no more... Ill take my business elsewhere people like her with an attitude like that should not be working in customer service... Or your company
italian hoagie
At around 5 pm on 6/17/17 I ordered an italian hoagie from the wawa in paoli, Pennsylvania. The receipt said italian hoagie and matched up with the number on my receipt. When i opened it it was just a roast beef sandwich with lettuce.I don't like roast beef so i didn't eat it. i could not go back and return it because my mom left with the car. i would like my money back please.
service/employee
My partner and I went into Wawas tonight to purchase a few items before heading home and was not satisfied with the service we received. First of all, there was a sign that said save one dollar on a Dove ice cream bar and when it was rang up it didn't take the dollar off. When I asked the cashier (James) about it he was very rude, so I asked for a refund. I commented on his attitude and was told by him "If you didn't have one I wouldn't". This is my first time going into one of these stores and unfortunately James has made it my last.
wawa manager
I was in wawa in nj with my kids and my daughter accidently dropped her slushy drink I said I was sorry and was trying to clean it up when the manager Frank T came over miserable mumbling under his breathe curse words and said he's tired of the [censor] that come in his store messing things up at which time i said excuse me I don't know how wawa trains there managers but this is very rude and insulting I have let many friends and family know who now refuse to go to wawa and will be letting the local paper know as well
italian hoagie plastic
I ordered 2 lg Italian hoagies when I got home there was part of a plastic glove in my sandwhich so gross I threw it out and other hoagie didn't have no onions or peppers on it I wasn't driving 15 miles back was terrible service from then but u think u would see a piece of plastic or not forget how 2 make a sandwhich maybe they just had a bad day lol but I still love my wawa tyvm Barry TRUE 181 County line road, Boyertown, PA.19512
Customer service by majority of its location employees
I visit WaWa on the regular Store #8633 3360 E Princess Anne Rd Norfolk, VA 23502. I'm very disappointed with the friendliness from the staff. I hardly ever get any greeting. For example when the women preparing food calls my number and i approach the counter to get my food. Most of the time they don't make any eye contact they just slide my food in front...
