Italian Sub
Today at 12:30 I went to WAWA on Lake Worth Road, store #5212 for an
Italian Sub sandwich, on a classic roll. When I got it home and went to
share it with my husband, the top half of the roll was pushed down like something had been laying on it. Both my half and my husband's half were pushed in (smashed). In my opinion, the roll should never have been used
or given to any customer.
When this location opened, this was my favorite place to get subs for lunch and we loved it. In the past several months, the quality of the sandwiches has gone
downhill and the people making the subs are extremely careless in their preparation of the sandwiches. They aren't half as good as they were in the beginning. We may be forced to go somewhere else if your sandwiches don't improve soon

Yes, I ordered to medium subs , one smoked turkey with mayo, lettuce, onion,and sweet peppers with provolone cheese,sub was messy just thrown together, order another steak and cheese mayo,lettuce, tomato,toasted well,it was not toasted sub was cold steak tasted like it was old I paid almost 14.00 for both in cash for two nasty subs uhm.. no, wrong answer I need this resolved! Customer service/ employee misconduct / overcharge on card
I called yesterday to report an employee at the wawa in deerfield beach off sample and power line. it was a heavy set white guy who was talking inappropriately at the front register. was talking about having sex and giving oral to another male. sat there on his phone making calls when servicing me. charged me $15 for gas on pump 5. when I walked out there was no gas. I had my boyfriend walk in and he completely disrespected him and told him to [censored] off and that there was nothing he could do. I walked in after and asked for a manager and was walked back to him and he told me that the pump reset in the 50 seconds it took me to walk to the pump and that there was nothing he could do but gave me extreme attitude the whole time and was being so disrespectful that customers around me noticed. I called the line to submit a complaint because that was the last of my money that I needed for gas and I was unable to get gas. also called to report the employee. they said that they would send me over a gift card for my inconvenience which I never received. i’m tired of being played around by your company. you will not be receiving my business untill something is done about this. I will also be telling everyone I come into contact with to avoid this scam of a company.

Wawa is known for making sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches & coffee in the morning. Wawa is known for the best coffee in the world, but not when you have the worst customer service representatives serving the coffee and the food. It is terrible when someone has to walk into Wawa and get an attitude because you ask A professional employee to make you a specified breakfast sandwich or because you ask somebody to make a special order customer receives an attitude, Communication is everything especially body language & never mind the breakfast sandwich- I’ll make my own on the kiosk that is Provided for me to order my food, so I order a bagel and bacon and then I find out that it’s not toasted. I kindly asked the woman Andrea “can you please toast the bagel” her response “well It didn’t say it on there, while pointing her finger to my receipt”. Then says every day to the other male employee and then walks away to toast my bagel. I said “I apologize I chose to toast the bagel” she begins to talk about me with the other employee that’s behind the counter. I as a customer come in here and ask for this every day. You’re damn right, I do every single day, six days a week. I go in there and get a breakfast sandwich and my coffee. Why am I gonna continue to give Wawa my money every single day if I’m going to continue to be mistreated by your food service employees, if they don’t like their job they don’t need to be there, why must people serve the coffee with an attitude, slamming the pots when having to change them out, why when you ask somebody to please change the coffee it’s an attitude why when you ask somebody in the food service department for something special it’s an attitude? The problem is two stores in the Reading PA area- 11th St., and Center Avenue both of those Wawa‘s have employees in the food service department that does not want to be there, they hate their job, it clearly shows through their body language there are rolling and they’re sweet nothings under their breath to other employees. I should not be worked up every day on my way to work trying to eat my breakfast after visiting a Wawa because your employee does not like to work in the food service department. Why do the employees have an attitude with the customers when they ask them for something? why is it so hard for an employee to have a smile on their face and say thank you have a good day. Grin and Barrett- you don’t like your job-fake it to make it -these employees are so mean. I am not the only one that feels like this there are many others that are in Wawa as customers that walk out because they do not like to be treated this way. All I’m asking for is a bagel bacon and a coffee is that so hard to ask. I pay for it. I show great customer ethics; can I get a little bit of appreciation and reciprocation & respect for my love for Wawa . Not having an attitude by your employees that work for Wawa would be a start! Please have a talk with all the coffee makers and food service workers if that is your job for the day you better have a smile on your face doing it and if you don’t want to be in that position let your supervisor know so the customers don’t have to suffer. I will also be calling the Wawa corporate office because I have had it this has been going on for months and today was the last day- I’ve had it. I should not be in tears or upset and all out of character because of an employee at a Wawa that I just visited to get my morning coffee. Wawa when selecting employees please be sure that they know how to be professional in a business like setting (especially one that makes the kind of money that Wawa makes) there’s no reason for these employees to be mean to customers. And it’s not just one employee to be honest there are others, but why I’m bringing this to your attention; because Andrea is the supervisor of the food service department in that store and she should be handling her self appropriately and professionally. Simply her response could’ve been sure I’ll toast your stuff for you, give me one second- but no because it was me and I ask for a bagel bacon sandwich every morning, she already had an attitude as soon as she seen that it was me. Now mind you I did just get done saying in the beginning that I used to ask them to special make me a sandwich but today I went to the kiosk and ordered it myself and made the sandwich myself and still got an attitude from the employee. Please have a talk with your employees this is not ethical Customer Service!

Evening manager that she says she is
My kids goes into the store and gets ice cups and the manager as she says she is turns the machine off so the ice doesn't come out. So I go in the store and ask an employee why would someone turn the machine off while my daughter getting ice the the manager starts yelling at me unprofessionally "IS there a problem?" I says to her the employee answered and took care of it then she continued to yell and says u dnt have to come back so dnt come back. It was very unprofessional of her and she needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers and customer service because she clearly doesn't know especially to say she's the manager. U all need better management and stop letting them let u all lose customers that comes everyday. This happened around 5:20 pm today at the location on Missouri Ave and Rosery

Purchased a WAWA Gift Card
My wife went into our local Wawa station and purchased a $25 gift card for our Grandson. She taped the receipt on to the gift card for him. When he went to use the card, no luck. I looked up the card balance and found that it had never been activated. Of course, the grandson had discarded the receipt.
My returned to the Wawa station where she had purchased the gift card and the manager told her that Wawa stands behind all their transactions and gave her a new Gift card. I just wanted the Company to know how grateful we are that in todays times that a Company stands behind their transactions.

I ordered a medium losbster bisque and after waiting 15 minutes I grabbed my food and left because I was in a rush because I was on my lunch break I finally opened it up and it was tomatoe basil. I do not have time to return my food and now I have nothing to eat for lunch can I please be refunded. I love to go to Wawa I’m a frequent shopper I just would like to be refunded

Hamburger and fries
I ordered a hamburger and fries from my home, which is five minutes from the wawa on Coral Way and 69 Ave in Miami FL
I was there5 minutes before the order ready time to get my complimentary soda.
When I went to food pick up, I asked for a bag and the guy behind the counter was less than pleasant and ended up giving me a bag but said he would advise me to get one from the regular cashier because they a much bigger.
Upon getting home less than 5 minutes away my burger was cold and the fries were definitely cooked hours ago.
First time I ever was disappointed with the hot food at Wawa.

Food throwing!
I went to wawa last month at 1413 wilmington, pike west chester, pa 19382 and ordered a kids meal while waiting for my order person preparing my order notice they did not have any more apples, and went near registers to get a extra one, then he throws it to person behind the deli area, this is not a good look he should have been suspended that day. Very poor service.

Molded food
My daughter ordered some food from Wawa on 30th Street in Tampa Florida 11510 N 30th st Tampa Fl 33612. She ordered food and the pretzel had mold on it. My take on this is before you give a customer anything you check it. Basic common sense it doesn't matter if you are shorthanded, backed up, busy or trying to rush. It's unacceptable to send a person molded food. If my daughter didn't look at the pretzel before she gave it to me I might have bitten molded food. This is not the first time I've had terrible service from this store I just never said anything the last time. People are paying their hard earned money for food and they should get everything they ordered like they care. The food is either incorrect, they forget something or mold. There no way to get your money back from Door Dash anymore. Being a manager all my life I know that it starts for management, if you have bad workers you have to train right or re-train them or fire them whatever. Receiving molded food is really over the top. Too be honest if some of your stores don't get it together; just like other stores can go out of business Wawa can for bad customer service and the non caring attitudes. I'm sure if it was their food they would check it would be immaculate.
Desired outcome: I want her money put back on her Card I don't care how much it is it's the principal.
Music volume
Store #677 8800 Brook Road. The employees on third shift are so nice and personable and it’s a shame because when we conversate or when I am talking with a friend I feel like I have to yell because the music is so loud. So my complaint is not with the store itself but with corporate as the employees explained that they are not able to control the volume at the store level.
Desired outcome: PLEADr turn down the volume of the music at store 677 so I can hold polite conversations with your delightful employees and other customers at the store

I was excited to see that the turkey bowls were back and I ordered one on the app today.
I picked it up at the Glenside Wawa, it was ready on time, and I noticed right away that the bag seemed light.
The store was very crowded and I only have a certain amount of time for lunch so I left the store without checking the bag.
When I finally opened the bowl, it was less than a third full.
Small scoop of mashed potatoes, a tiny scoop of filling, barely covered with the turkey and gravy. No cranberry sauce.
I’ve been getting the turkey bowls for many years now and they’ve always been substantial. Today I spent $8.99 and was very disappointed. What I got was wasn’t worth $3.00.

Desired outcome: I’d like a Turkey bowl that is filled, with cranberry sauce.
Vanilla Ice Coffee
I travel a lot and 8 ou of 10 visits my favorite drink is empty!
That tells me it's an extremely popular beverage! Can the stores possibly install more stations to offer more patrons access to getting the drink so many want?!

I was in your store located on Roosevelt boulevard and US 19 in Clearwater on October 30th at approximately 11:00 p.m. . I was at the self-checkout register while running my debit card and the manager Jose, whom I have had previous issues with in the past comes up to me and very loudly, loud enough that everybody in the store looked at me, ask me if I'm smart enough to know how to run my debit card. Now, I don't know how Wawa's employees or actually managers should I say are expected to treat their customers loyal ones at that but humiliation and embarrassment is not what I expected WHAT SO EVER! I did not even purchase the items that I had... Instead I went to a different store. I am so disgusted right now, that I don't even know if I'll continue to shop a that store, or any Wawa's for that matter.

Rest rooms
I have been going to Wawa for many years. We used to be able to trust the cleanliness of the restrooms when we shopped at Wawa. Today at approximately 12:30 PM I visited the Wawa in media Pennsylvania (across the street from Riddle Hospital) we purchased gas and a few things in the store and I use the restroom. Since they have changed the restrooms to non-gender specific, the restaurants are disgusting. I know this will hinder my going into Wawa going forward. I hope that Wawa corporate gets this review and rectified the situation.

On today 10/22/2022 at approximately 11 am @ wawa in franklin Va 23851. I ordered a honey Turkey sub with Mayo and miracle whip to be added on the hoagie. They only added a teaspoon of miracle whip and no Mayo was on the sandwich. They could have at least spread the miracle whip on the whole side of the bread also. Store #08683

Wake up Mocha machine
The wake up mocha flavor coffee machine is never working. I stop at several on my way to work 10/19 and they both machine are out. You must do better. This is not the only time this has happened and not just this location. All the locations have this exact same problem.
Also 7/11 has a machine I can self service an espresso for less than WaWa and I don’t have to wait for a server to make it. Just a suggestion

Store 8636 is the closest wawa to my home the product I purchase from the store is cheaper and more convenient for me. The manager Tammy I believe is her name she has been very rude to me when I asked about the iding I have seen her get very verbally aggressive with her employees and there was one time that I came in and the cashier had to put me on hold finish with other customers so she could go and look for the manager on duty because as she called for a manager no one ever responded I had to be put on hold for about 10 min then! as a long time customer I don't feel like things are being taken seriously in this store.
Desired outcome: This Manger as well as other managers in the need more discipline so they can run the store properly

I've order a sandwich and I was concern because the employee prepared another sandwich before mind's and I brought it too her attention well.. my sandwich was prepared poorly I did not ask for extra honey mustard this is unacceptable and I don't want to eat it.
