I have the Wawa app on my phone. I tried to access my local store and I was put through security and sent a code. I got the code put it in and then I was sent a 24 digit recovery code.
I'm beginning to think I've been hacked or something. It now has denied all access to me. When I create an account I always write it in my book. This is the first time this has happened.
I don't know how to correct this so I guess I will just delete Wawa.
I would like to know what happened.

Always out of double mocha cappuccino
I find that most of the Wawa's (in NJ) are always out of Double Mocha Cappuccino in the refrigerated section. I have, on multiple occasions, searched any where between five and ten different stores and all are completely sold out. And sometimes it is weeks until I might find some. I have searched throughout north, central, and southern NJ. it is my favorite drink at WaWa, so it is very frustrating to always find the double mocha cappuccino section empty! What gives? Why is there always such a shortage?
Custom order wrong
Hi! I just got home (7/10/2021) from the Wawa on Old York Rd in Jenkintown, PA. They were very busy and I completely understand mistakes. However, I was hoping for some sort of refund, as I just got home and started eating my sandwich and it isn't what I ordered. Normally I wouldn't mind, but I paid more to add some toppings and they were not included. I ordered the veggie panini and subbed Pepper Jack cheese, and added avocado and salsa. The sandwich I received was not custom - it had Asiago cheese, none of the toppings, and hardly any veggies on it anyway. It was mostly just lightly seasoned bread with some zucchini. Forced wearing of mask
For years I stopped at WAWA for gas, coffee, sodas, beer, etc. About a year ago I started stopping at Sonoco and RaceTrac. They are less convenient but they did not require masks. I have a difficult time wearing a mask because of medical issues. Because I was treated as unwelcomed by WAWA staff I have gone elsewhere for the last 12 months. I doubt that I will ever return.
Vegetarian options
Aside from the "Beyond Sausage" breakfast patties, there are very little vegetarian options for lunch/dinner. Why can't I order a regular hoagie with the Beyond Sausage? Or a pita sandwich with Beyond Sausage? On one occasion I visited a store that had falafel on the menu but I have never seen it anywhere since then. If you offer Pita Sandwiches, why would you no longer have falafel? IT MAKES NO SENSE, I mean your making "Gyros" with meat on a pita, but no FALAFEL? It's ridiculous. Why not have a veggie burger? In recent times the price of meat has gone up. For whatever reason, be it monetary or health, people are eating less meat in general and other stores are starting to pick up on this trend. Burger King, Dunkin Donuts, Chipotle even offers "Sofritas" (a seasoned tofu based option which is quite tasty). C'mon man! Get with the times and start selling some veggie burgers or veggie chik'n nuggets or patties OR SOMETHING!

I have said something on many occasions and for the past 2 months the food being served is sloppy, and food is not prepped the way it should be. I ordered a few nights ago and it was Mac and mash potato with 3 strips. They put mash on bottom and then Mac &ch on mash and then strips. Customer service associate
I am an employee of Wawa, so it took a lot for me to be so unnerved to file a complaint on "one of my own" so to speak. I get we all have days and moments, even though that's still not an excuse Wawa would tolerate, I still realize these folks that bust their butts are human.
But I am still a customer that frequents a different store than the one I work for.
I brought up six donuts in a bag that would normally just be manually rang up as a half dozen, and some more expensive donuts that wouldn't qualify for the half dozen. When the associate was ringing the donuts in the bag one at a time, I asked her, "isn't there just an option to select a half a dozen?", she said, "we have to scan everything individually." I replied, "oh, I work at wawa at (sic location) and we have a button for half dozens.", that's all I said. She started mocking me, laughing in a snobby holier than thou way, the other associate standing next to her commented "(sic location) does things differently, " and she continued to mock my comment by laughing about it in a very snotty demeanor, as if my store somehow is beneath them and their store. That is NOT the Wawa way!
Every store is "supposed" to be run the same way no matter where it is. She made me incredibly uncomfortable to had even admitted I worked for Wawa to, and she didn't offer me my receipt. I had to ask another associate behind the deli what her name was because I didn't want to hold the line.
I would never treat anyone let alone a "wawa sister" the way she treated me and made me feel. Like I said, I have tough skin and I don't ever complain on folks, so this truly didn't sit well with me one bit. I hope she shapes up her demeanor and snottiness because she won't last long at Wawa like that. When I walked away it was obvious her and the other cashier was giggling and being snarky about the interaction. I truly hope she doesn't ever make anyone else feel the way she made me feel.
Restrooms and Service
I promised myself that I would not ever stop into this Wawa again. # 8339 Lawrenceville NJ. But, I did. Hoping that maybe the day I went was just a bad day. When I left, I stopped in the restroom and turned around, they are discusting and dirty. I waited along time for my order. I did not get.
The 2nd visit, I ordered a Sundae, I waited a long time and had to go to work and could not get my desert in a timely manner again. Nor did I get a refund. The staff is rude and needs a course in Customer Service.
I am so disappointed. And I really like Wawa and enjoy going to them. I have never experienced this problem with other franchises.

Hi was getting a few items from wawa on 33 freehold nj which I am there 3 to 4 times a week. It was around 12 a little after got my items proceeded to register cashier rung up my items I paid in cash he snatched the money from my hand and threw my change on the counter I asked him was there a problem because I didnt appreciate him snatching and throwing my money at me he stated yes I dont want to touch or be near anyones hands. Ok first and foremost he should of been wearing gloves if that was a problem and two I found it very inappropriate behavior also very disrespectful on his behalf. I had business to attend to in RioGrande NJ. I stopped at the WaWa there at Rt's 9 and 47. I ordered a bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich on a shorty whole weat roll toasted with mayonnaise. What I received was a received was piece of bread that was cut off a larger loaf and it was not toasted nor did have any mayonnaise .The rolls soggy and it was not weat. The entire sandwich was tasteless and not up to the quality that I have expected from WaWa.
